Villa vacation rentals in Misano Adriatico

The holidays were perfect. It is a very nice and large house, in a very good location. There is a small bakery 5 minutes by car. There is a beach 15 minutes drive away. The host is very friendly and the service is great. The pool is big enough and the view is beautiful. There are no direct neighbors, you are on your own. There is a large terrace, in the afternoon the terrace is in the shade.

Giulia is super helpful, she sent us offers in advance for a bike rental and also drove us there on the day of arrival. There, she also clarified the matter with the staff for us. She was always available and available to us. The property was clean and well maintained, fresh bed linen and towels provided. Kitchen is also sufficiently equipped:) If you rent bikes, you should not underestimate the path from the city to the house, it is feasible in 10-15 minutes. Wheels with gear are an advantage. ;) The place is definitely recommended, we felt very much at home. :D

I had the pleasure of staying, with a group of friends, in this large beach house and it was a wonderful experience. The location is in fact ideal for large groups and/or families; it offers ample spaces, both indoor and outdoor. The house is very welcoming and well furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. But what made the vacation even more enjoyable was the host's hospitality. We were greeted with great kindness and availability and immediately felt at home. The host was always available for any need or question. I highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a quiet location and with exceptional hospitality.

Maria and Angelo's stay in the house was simply amazing. They welcomed us very well, although we were many hours late due to delayed flight, clutter by rental car and closed Autostrada. The entire property, both inside and out, is of a very high standard. Everything appeared to be extremely clean and well-maintained. We really appreciated having three large bedrooms, two good bathrooms, living room with comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen and two balconies that could be used for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. We also thoroughly enjoyed the well-maintained pool area and the lush and beautiful garden. In summary - if you want a holiday stay with excellent comfort and with the very best hosts - in an area with almost only Italian tourists - then this house is highly recommended.

A spectacular villa with an added value of the property that has always been available.

Our family of 5 had a great time at la Nocciola. We never tired of the fabulous view, and the towns and villages in the area were beautiful to visit. Several good restaurants in close proximity, but we recommend having a car.

We (8 people) spent a week at Villa Chiara, a charming rustic villa on the outskirts of Riccione. It was a lovely stay: a large open-plan kitchen, two clean bathrooms, and four spacious bedrooms. Despite the cool, rainy April weather, it was warm inside the house. With the 8 available bicycles, we were quickly at the beach (8 minutes) and able to explore the city. The communication with Gianluca was perfect: our inquiries were answered within a few minutes. All in all, it was a very enjoyable holiday and a highly recommended accommodation.

We were two families with children and a dog. We were very well received. The place was comfortable both as a location and as a size, really spacious. The very responsive agency, Mattia top! In short, we were super satisfied.

Silke was WONDERFUL! She was extremely responsive and helped with incredible recommendations and even made reservations for our group. She was friendly and was around to assist to however not intrusive. Our time there would not have been the same without her there! The views were stunning, even with the rain we had plenty to do and places to spend time. We spent many nights with great memories made on the veranda! Her house was magical and she was a joy! We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

We had wonderful days in Andrea’s house in Mondaino. Spacious bed- and bathrooms, wonderful terrace for dinners and good pool-area. Minor electricity-issues which Andrea made sure to solve very quickly. Our party of nine people (ages 12-55) all agreed that we would recommend the house to other travelers. We also recommend visiting other nearby villages where there are amazing views and local restaurants. One example is Montegridolfo.

The host Andrea was very helpful and always responded quickly. The house looks like on the pictures and it is a very quiet environment. The garden is super well maintained and large. Andrea was helpful with any issue.

We wanted a large place to stay for a gathering of schoolmates, this solution was perfect. With a small renovation, this villa, consisting of three apartments, would become a fabulous accommodation.

Villa Formica is a very nice place if you want to visit Rimini, Riccione etc. We visited the ville in July 24 with a group of seven people and it was awesome. The communication with the host is super easy and you get the responses very quick. Check-in and check-out were very easy and flexible. We can definitely recommend that place.

Charming villa in a quiet location. We enjoyed it! A little more amenities such as more sun loungers with pillows, more service in the kitchen... would complete it, but that is only a small side note.

The house and the whole property is a dream! The park of the house is huge and offers a lot to discover including the pool from which you have an astonishing view to the little mountains in the surroundings. The house itself has a lot of tasteful old furniture, including a billiard table. We cooked a lot in the well equipped kitchen and also did a barbecue in the garden. It’s the perfect place for a big group like ours with a lot of kids who appreciate a quite and close to nature home.

A heartfelt and massive thanks to Chiara for eight great days in amazing surroundings and a very nice apartment. Everything was great. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool is great, the big garden is a great joy and the the view from everywhere on the premises is stunning. Chiara is such a nice and considerate host and both we and our two children enjoyed every second there! We highly recommend staying at Il Colle delle Terrazze, you won’t regret it!

We visited La Barca nel Bosco with 6 adults and 5 kids. The house was big and it had everything we needed. Girolamo and his family were very hospitable and they arranged also arranged a local dinner for us. We did day trips to Fano city, Urbino and much more. Highly recommend.

Nice and large accommodation perfect for a relaxing trip in Italy with amazing views, good nearby restaurants and very fun activities in the house. The host is ready for things to happen in their own way and may be perceived as slightly controlling. Recommend!

Amazing place, amzing pool , great people

Large property with private pool and in a quiet idyllic location. 😊 We had a great 14 days in Davide's accommodation and were a total of 10 people incl. children. The house with private pool and the large property leaves almost nothing to be desired. A car is needed to get to Pesaro to the beach and is in approx. 20-30 minutes. Davide was always easy to reach and gave us a great regional food basket as a welcome gift. Thanks again for that.

Daniela and her family have been amazing hosts, very helpful and super responsive. The country house is beautiful and was a perfect exploration base for us. We would happily return if travelling in this area!

We loved staying at Duccio’s beautifully restored farm in the middle of the Marche hills. The house provides stunning views on the hilly landscape in the quiet nature. The location is perfect to discover Urbino and Gubbio, and spend lovely days at the beach by the coast of beautiful Conero. Duccio and Marua are warm, friendly and very helpful hosts, we had a wonderful week in Marche !
