Jacopo and his brother are excellent hosts. Very friendly and available for anything. He gave us clear instructions and suggestions regarding places to visit and so forth. It is also very easy to communicate with them. Highly recommended.

The place is exactly as described. Amazing location on the sea front and near the city centre. There is a really nice view to the Adriatic sea from the flat. Linda was very responsive during our stay. we definitely recommend the place

We’ve spent a great October week in Cervia with the family and there are three highlights of the apartment: (1) central location right at the Borgomarina close to the beaches and restaurants, (2) spacious place with 3 bedrooms and living room (3) Alessia as host is super friendly and helpful Watch outs: the parking is quite narrow - I would say it is recommended only for small/medium vehicles and it gets loud during the weekends however bedrooms are quiet. We certainly recommend this place if you’re looking for central location. Overall off-season stay in Cervia is absolutely worth it!

A really very nice stay. Claudio was also very flexible as we planned something on the day of our arrival. He was a superb host!

Valentina is a perfect host, very helpful, with every request and question she responded in time that defining quickly is reductive, the accommodation is perfectly clean, better than in the photos, brand new furnishings, the structure is full of design and in a very nice sea view location, a little noisy the street under the balconies but probably because we kept the windows open given the hot days, getting to the third floor for the stairs with luggage was a little tiring but you can't expect too much for a structure so that it would not have spaces for an elevator. Overall everything is much more than great, I give it 5 stars but it also deserves a sixth.

We spent 3 really pleasant days in this apartment, perfect for a holiday with a toddler. The accommodation was very clean, cozy and located in a very convenient location: very close to the promenade for walks, but also the center can be easily reached on foot. The parking and garage were super convenient: you can park upon arrival and forget about the car, because everything is at your fingertips: restaurants, shops, amenities. A special thank you to Gabriele, accurate, kind and always available to answer all my questions. Highly recommended, and definitely a place I'd be happy to come back to.

A wonderful experience in Fano! We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Fano, which turned out to be perfect in every way! The location is really strategic: in a few minutes you can reach both the historic center and the beach, allowing us to enjoy all that the city has to offer. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos: clean, with attention to detail and equipped with every necessary comfort. A welcoming environment that immediately made us feel at home. A special thank you to the host Stefano, always available and very kind, ready to offer advice and assistance for any need. In addition, we really appreciated the welcome given to our four-legged friends: not only were they welcome, but they felt a real enthusiasm in receiving them! Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed!

House a stone's throw from the sea. Clean, fragrant, and very cozy. Private parking is a little tight if you have a suv car. In any case, we were able to park nearby without problems being low season. Attilio is responsive and extremely helpful. We had a great time. I recommend it!

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

Federico is an exceptional person who is always available to the customer's needs, the house is very clean and nothing to say, it just matches the photos and it is exciting to spend a day there given the vibes that the apartment transmits

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Everyone comments on the noise of the train. We hardly noticed it. The windows are sound proof when closed. Great black out curtains too in the bedroom. Had a lovely stay. Great coffee shop nearby and found some exceptional restaurants. Great recommendations by host. Loved it So nice to have olive oil, milk, balsamic and some staples in the house - thank you! Nice bedding too! Would we stay again? In a heartbeat. The cycling was fantastic and we for fit lugging our bikes up the 2 flights of stairs ha ha.

Really comfortable apartment, with a beautiful view of the sea,directly on the beach that you can access directly from the condominium garden. The house really offers everything and even more! Not only the essentials in the kitchen (oil, sugar, tea, coffee) but also some bottles of water and even a prosecco as a welcome. Also games and children's books that my little ones loved so much. Two comfortable bicycles are also available for doing grocery without having to move the car. The area is quiet, along a little busy road. In about ten minutes walk you can walk to the waterfront with the bike path that leads to the center. Carla is always very friendly and kind in every contact. Super flexible check-in and check-out times. Not only that, due to a bad unexpected, we had to leave a day late, but Carla allowed us to slide the reservation without losing even a day! Definitely to recommend: a great experience!
