We absolutely loved staying here! Gorgeous and unique house, tastefully decorated and nestled amongst the trees in beautiful surroundings. Perfect for families (we were two) and a paradise for children, loads of toys, a tree house, sand pit, rabbits and more. The hosts were very communicative and responded very quickly when we had any questions. They also recommended us the BEST neighbourhood on Halloween, and we were hugely impressed by the effort Berliners in this area put into the holiday! Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We absolutely loved the stay. It was our first travel with the little baby. And we enjoyed it so so so much. The house was very cozy. The location is great. Quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. Incredible Italian restaurant is near by. The house was super clean. Bettina was incredibly kind and responsive. It was one of our best stays! 10/10 ❤️❤️❤️

This is a unique place, with lots of room. Great area - we walked the 45 mins into downtown each day. The area is bustling, yet the accommodation is very quiet. Be careful when taking a shower - the hot water tank is small so don’t take a lot of time in the shower.

Had a wonderful 2 week stay at Julia's. The location is in a very safe and peaceful neighbourhood along with convenient public transport within walking distance. Julia has also been very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend.

We had the pleasure of spending 5 days in an impressive villa. The location was quiet, ideal for a relaxing break. The villa itself was spacious, modernly furnished and immaculately clean. Particularly noteworthy are the spacious pool area and the beautiful terrace, which invite you to spend relaxing hours.

We have stayed here before and felt at home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a comfortable lounge for relaxing in.

Great location and a really comfortable stay. Michael was an excellent host and gave great and detailed instructions on how to reach the apartment. Really flexible with check in. The balcony is a gem, we had excellent views of Berlin landmarks.

This was my first Air BnB experience and was very, very happy. The apartment was actually bigger than it appears in the pictures. The Wi-Fi was very good. Location is great. It is just off of Prenzlauer Allee and the intersection of 2 tram lines. Great Italian brewery, Greek restaurant, and doner place close by. Carolina was very helpful and friendly. I stayed for almost 3 months, and it felt like home. I would absolutely stay there again!

The apartment is simple but everything is present. It is important that it is very quiet and there is a great bed. The location is excellent: close to Bahnhof Sudkreuz and S-Bahn station Julius Leber Brucke (S1). There are several restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, especially past the Julius Leber Brucke: the Akazienstrasse and the Crellestrasse are excellent for a drink in the evening and have a bite to eat (but we can also recommend Saigon Valley a few minutes from the apartment). But Gerhard has a series of suggestions, so plenty of choice. A point of criticism: the tv only has German channels. From experience, we always bring our own chromecast. Recommended! One more tip: download the Bvg app: tickets for public transport are so easy to buy with apple pay. In short, we had a few wonderful days in Berlin. And when we go again we will definitely go back to this apartment

We had a great stay at this extremely pleasant, clean and well appointed apartment! The neighborhood is really, very nice! Communication with Marcus was perfect, clear and friendly. I really recommend it! If we come back to Berlin, we would love to stay in this beautiful apartment again!

We really had a wonderful time in this cozy apartment in the middle of Friedrichshain. Everything was even better than our expectations. Super clean, spacious apartment in the best area of Berlin! We hope to come back in the summer!

Everything was perfect! We were able to drop off our luggage before the apartment was even ready and Berlina is very responsive. The apartment was very clean and contains much more than needed. Indeed, we were able to use blankets in addition to duvets and several very convenient cooking utensils. In addition, the location of the apartment makes it possible to sleep in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood while being next to public transport that gives access to all of Berlin easily. We highly recommend apartment!

For the second time, we spent a wonderfully relaxing week with our circle of friends (3 couples) in Marga's beautiful house. Ideal for cooking and sitting together, taking small or larger walks in the countryside or exploring Berlin. A special highlight for us is the large swimming pool and sauna - and all this for a city vacation! The house is lovingly and well equipped, the beds of very good quality. We feel comfortable here and will be happy to come back next year! Many thanks to Marga and everyone who helped us have such a good stay!

We arrived for the Berlinale and stayed in Frank’s apartment. Everything was great — the apartment fully matched the description. It’s spacious, cozy, full of natural light. Very well designed and decorated. Transportation was great, and it was easy for us to get to the different Berlinale venues. Frank was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

We loved this appartment. It was spacious, stylish, comfortable and very clean. As we arrived it was 30 c so the balcony was also lovely to sit out on. The location was gorgeous with tree lined streets and an abundance of cafes and restaurants and interesting shops. Also small supermarkets at each end of the street. All very easy with u bann and trams less than 10 mins away. We walked to some of the central sites within half an hour. The appartment was just perfect ! We were sad to leave! Andreas' accommodation is located in a quiet back house in Berlin-Pankow. Many beautiful restaurants and also small supermarkets are within walking distance, as are the public transport, so you can travel quickly in Berlin.

A home away from home! Clean, quiet, in a safe neighborhood. Had everything I needed. I was sad to leave. Excellent location! In between Südkreuz train station on the S2 train line and Julius-Leber-Brücke station on the S1 line, which are only about 8 minutes from the apartment. There is a grocery store near the Julius-Leber-Brücke station as well.

Loved this apartment in Berlin! Couldn't have asked for a better location to experience a popular Berlin neighborhood. As others have mentioned, the M29 bus stopping and arriving a few feet from the apartment was a real plus. A market and bagel shop right across the street and a bakery on the street level of the building made it easy to have food handy in the morning. We will certainly stay here when we're back in Berlin.
