My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

The apartment is located between the Kastanienallee and Mauerpark, in one of the most famos streets of Prenzlauer Berg. Here you find many cafes, bars, shops and restaurants just when you walk out the door. Just around the corner is the huge Mauerpark, internationally known for the sunday flea market. It´s a great area with very good traffic connections. A tram nearby the house brings you to Rosenthaler Platz and Hackescher Markt in just few minutes. Few minutes on the Ubahn and you will arrive at Alexanderplatz and be in within walking distance of the Museum Island and Brandenburg Gate. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms with a comfortable king size bed each. This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Countless playgrounds, nice restaurants, bars, fashion shops, galleries, organic shops, toy stores, bookstores, bookstores and bakeries can all be found right in the neighborhood. Every Saturday there is a market at the Winterfeldtmarkt. Just around the corner you can rent a bicycle. The nearest metro station, S-Bahn and buses are all directly accessible by foot in 5 minutes.

It is 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz and Mitte and 15 minutes to Kreuzberg by train. Very good connection by bus 128 to Tegel airport, especially good, since easyJet now also lands and takes off in Tegel :-)

Die Remise ist 1875 erbaut und steht unter Denkmalschutz. Nach der Nutzung für Fuhrwerke, Pferde und Kühe war eine Marmorwerkstatt dort zuhause, dann eine Schlosserei und später ein Künstleratelier. Direkt davor schaut man in den kleinen Hofgarten.
