An out of the way spotlessly clean accommodation. A fair amount of development in the area but to be expected, but never a noise problem so sleeping was easy. A 15 minute stroll to the beautiful beach, very good local restaurants and street food. Well worth the price for the accommodation and great hosts. Definitely recommend to other travellers and backpackers

Don't come here if you expect a perfect resort-like place. The buildings and rooms have some wear and tear. But the rooms are clean and the beds are very comfy. Do come here if you like a charming and authentic place. The view is lovely, the sea super nearby, and you will experience the life of a small fishermen's village. You can get daily fresh fish and other fruits from the sea. The area is just stunning and many nice things to do nearby. Best is to rent a motorbike to get around. It's a lovely place off the beaten track. Tuan is a great host. No filters, super friendly, and he will always try to help you. You will enjoy a lovely view of the bay, and the sounds of nature. The lights of the boats in the evening time and some karaoke here and there. The beach is usually quiet exept for a couple of people. There are a couple of very nice cafes with a lovely atmosphere for a drink or a bite to eat. We really liked this place and stayed longer than planned. It felt so peaceful at home

A bright and tidy room, nicely arranged with everything provided for a pleasant stay. The washing machine on the balcony was a real plus, as was the drying rack and plenty of hangers. Also the kitchen was stocked with the just the right sort of items (spatula, colander, etc.) to make cooking pleasant. The Star Bay complex is brand new, and is located across from a big mall, while also a short walk to a posh beach. The hosts were super-helpful and allowed us to store our bigger bags, so we didn't have to mule them on the ferry to Koh Rong. A wonderful stay and great value. Cheers 😊

This place has everything you need in terms of amenities. I initially booked this place because I needed good wifi to work and make videocalls for training people, and had to work online 12 hours per day. The wifi was perfect and very stable, I was able to work without any issue. The pool and the view on the top of the building is also amazing. The location is also good if you are ok with taking grabs/tuktuks or walking a bit.
