Monthly Rentals in Modivas

I had an excellent stay! It was very worth it, a place a little away, but very quiet and nice to stay! Thanks to Karine, who on the day of Check-in, was waiting for me in the rain to get to the apartment faster!

We enjoyed our stay at this charming watermill not far from Porto! The sound of the stream right outside makes for a peaceful getaway from the city. Special thanks to Bruno for being so responsive and informative throughout our stay.

Very modern furniture, cozy little house with a sense for style and detail. David's family has done a great renovation and modernization job. The beds and sheets are comfy. Everything works well in the kitchen. In addition to the description, there was a brandnew pellet stove which - although a little noisy - is much more energy-efficient than the radiators. Vania, the neighbour who welcomed us, is very nice, her mother Rosa brought us so many fresh vegetables and eggs from her own garden that we had a hard time consuming everything. Everyone in the small neighbourhood would greet us and ask how we were doing. Just a short walk from the beach and coastal walkway, it's a great location to go for a stroll down to the sea to see the sunset or for a drink at the bar on the rocks in the wonderful evening light.

Berta is a hospitable hostess. The apartment is in good condition, has everything you need. It is located in a nice place.
