we could not have been happier with our stay. everything from the cleanliness to the location was perfect. Meghan was an amazing host and we are already looking to book again.

Perfect location.

The "Nest" was a great home base for some outdoor exploring. The space is large and has everything you need for a long weekend or longer. The property is pretty (wish I had more time to explore it). The pooch felt right at home.

I loved staying in the Hemlock cabin! Cute kitchen with all that was needed, great porch, great views--wonderful hosts. Would stay there again for sure.

Had an excellent long weekend at a truly beautiful spot, with a comfortable cabin to stay in. Lots of available boats, more available than I'd realized! And there's plentiful nearby hiking. The only surprise was that the cabin was in a large group of cabins, some quite close, so there was a certain amount of unexpected noise, and perhaps a little less privacy then there might have been. This didn't detract from the time there, but some might like to know ahead of time.

We had such a great stay at Brian and Cheri’s place. It was perfect for exploring the area. Great place right in the town center with lots of walkable options. Even an old school movie theater that my son loved! Would definitely stay again!

John's place is in a great location. Walking distance to downtown Saratoga. Very close to the track. A couple of good Restaurant's near by. Pictures and description of property were perfect. Place was spacious and very clean. Perfect for a couple or 2 couples. We would definitely stay there again.

The little house was very quiet and peaceful and it was sparkling clean. There was everything we could want to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was amazing! I wish we had had time to enjoy the house more but our relatives kept us busy. I will recommend Sherlyn’s place to our other relatives.

Our stay at Nancy's was just what we needed after a long week in the Adirondacks. We chose this place for the location near the river and it helped cut our trip home to Pittsburgh down. The place is just as described and made even better with the simple touches and thoughtfulness that Nancy has put into the space. We landed for just one night and spent most of our time outside on the dock watching the beautiful river and natural surroundings. We saw many birds and a few beavers - while drinking our morning coffee a bald eagle gave us a show and made our trip end on a wonderful note :) I would recommend staying with Nancy to anyone who finds themselves in the area and wants a slice of comfort and nature to lodge in. On our way out of town, we went to a local diner that Nancy had recommended, Lakes Sweets and Treats for a delicious homestyle breakfast and made our way up to the country store from there to pick up a few local maple syrup bottles to gift our friends. Loved staying at Gabriella’s place. Conveniently located and easy to find. We were arriving late and Gabriella made sure that the walkway was free of ice and snow (there had been some snowfall earlier). Absolutely spotless!! Will def stay here again.

Henry's cottage was the perfect spot for my Cooperstown getaway. The location in Fly Creek is close to town and attractions (Baseball Hall of Fame, Ommegang Brewery, Glimmerglass Festival), but also in a quiet and peaceful area. The space is also great: comfortable bed, two-seater sofa, big t.v. for watching Netflix, kitchen with everything you'd need, and a clean bathroom. I also appreciated Henry's prompt communications and clear directions. All in all, a great place to stay that I would highly recommend.

This was an ideal place for my husband and I for a long weekend. It was close to antique shops and Herkimer Diamond mines, two things we love. James was an excellent host and available when needed, but never intrusive.

Our stay was fantastic. The home, top to bottom, was very clean and organized. Instructions on entering and use of the home were clear and informative. The surrounding area is beautiful and a wonderful change of pace from our big city lifestyle. Serene is a good description of the property. The home is as pictured and had every amenity we needed. We hope to stay again.

I spent a weekend at Chris's adorable country home and I loved every second of it. From her warm greeting with her sweet pup Emma, to the fresh fruit and snacks she provided, to the clean and comfortable apartment, everything was just as wonderful as I expected it to be from the pictures and listing. But for me, the absolute highlight was the immediate access to walking trails through nearby woods and fields, and a paved rail trail that led to more extensive walking trails through a farm preserve, as well as the quaint neighboring towns. But if hiking wasn't my thing, I would have been just as happy sitting on the deck or curled up in the bright and sunbathed living room with a good book. I hope to be able to return some day to this beautiful area and charming location.

Trena and her family were so amazing! we stayed for a month here with our cats and two giant dogs while we waited to close on our new house. The loft was spotless and packed with everything we could need. I work remotely and the wifi was more than enough for my constant meetings and calls. Trena was only a text away if we needed anything at all. We loved it here!

Very accurate description and photos on website. Comfortable for my family of 4. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Nice welcome bottle of wine. Great location, walkable to Baseball Hall of Fame, the lake, restaurants, Doubleday field. My only complaint would be the shower. It is an older style bathtub converted to a shower. It was fine for a few days but would prefer a more traditional shower. I still would highly recommend the property. Michelle was also very accommodating to a late change in my reservation dates which I appreciate.
