Discover our new home, in Moliets-et-Maa, 10 min from the beach by bike and 5 min from the village. The house has three bedrooms. On the ground floor, master bedroom equipped with a tv, with bathroom and private toilet. Upstairs, a second bedroom (160 bed) with dressing room, a bathroom + wc, and the third bedroom (160 bed) with dressing. The living room and equipped kitchen, overlook the fenced garden, private hot tub and pool. With family or friends, enjoy our region peacefully.

We are a Franco-British couple, native to the southwest and Windsor, and will be delighted to welcome you to our cozy villa Del Playa, nestled on the edge of the Moliets golf course. The bike path at 50m will allow you to reach the huge beaches in a few minutes (1.5km). You can enjoy with friends or family a spacious villa (3 bedrooms) and a large terrace (garden furniture). A fireplace can also warm up your winter vacation.
