Cozy precollina apartment "The yellow armchair"

Settle in on the distinctive yellow chair of this apartment with a warm and fulfilling atmosphere and take a moment to relax. The modern and functional furnishings are complemented by some family furnishings, a perfect blend. The apartment was recently renovated, it has a pleasant and modern furniture, which combines modern furniture and lights, with some family pieces. It is a two-room apartment consisting of living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, table for breakfast or to be used as a computer workstation, double room with 160 cm double bed, bathroom with shower and window, connection for any washing machine, if required for long stays. The apartment has a balcony on the rear facade of the house, equipped with a table and two chairs, which allows smokers and not to have a sheltered place but outdoors. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, stove top, sink. Dishwasher is not provided. Guests can use the entire apartment, the balcony and possibly on specific request, a private parking space in the car park, if available. I will greet guests upon arrival and will always be available on mobile. I will be happy to provide all the useful directions for a pleasant stay in Turin. I also live with my family right next to the two-room apartment made available for guests, so there will be plenty of opportunities to get to know us. The accommodation is located in Precollina, near the Po, in a very green residential area, a 10-minute walk from Porta Nuova, Gran Madre and Piazza Vittorio Veneto. The area has bars, restaurants and shops, as well as rowing and tennis clubs. If you love walking or cycling, from the house you can easily reach various areas of the center of Turin; Piazza San Carlo, Via Roma, Via Lagrange, Piazza Castello, Piazza Vittorio, Via Po and Piazza Gran Madre, Porta Nuova station. There are some bus lines a few steps from the apartment in Corso Fiume, lines 52 and 66, taking the 66 you get to the Gran Madre and from here with tram no. 13 you get to Piazza Castello, the heart of the city. For hillside itineraries, there are lines 70 and 73. If you prefer to get around by car, to get to the center, it is advisable to use the central parking lots of Piazza Vittorio, Bodoni or Valdo Fusi or parking below, Via Roma.
