The ANNEX will welcome you in a family atmosphere. For your professional stays, your weekend discoveries, or to take your exams (GAYANT EXPO 10 minutes away) we will put everything at your disposal to make your stay enjoyable.

This fully private accommodation is part of a farmhouse in a very quiet countryside. The 60 m2 include: a living room, an equipped open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with shower, toilet, a separate bedroom with a double bed. Access to the highway to Lille and to the ring road to Douai about 10 km away as well as to Templeuve train station [Lille-Valenciennes axis] in the immediate vicinity of the Paris–Roubaix Race.

Welcome to our 35 m2 studio. The studio is ideally located and is located opposite the Mons Sarts metro station (not even a 1-minute walk). Lille Flandres and Lille Europe train stations are two stations away. The city center is 10 minutes by metro. The studio is fully private and has private access via secure gate. The ceiling height is 2.10 m. If you come by car, there is free street parking.

The 245 is a 50 m2 apartment in the heart of downtown Douai, with a 160 x 200 cm bed, on the first floor by stairs. Free parking on Place du Barlet is a 2-minute walk away, or on the street (paid 9am-7pm), and close to all other amenities (restaurants, supermarkets and shops). 10-minute walk to the train station. The apartment has been renovated, and the windows changed to double glazing.
