The apartment has been remodeled protecting its 15th century stone wall, cotto floors and frescoed master bedroom ceiling with full modern kitchen. Antique art and furniture adorn it. We also have apartments in Portovenere.

Il Poderone is a typical 19th-century Umbrian farmhouse built in local lake stone, renovated in keeping with the original spirit by the owner, Giuseppina, who lives in one of the apartments. The other apartments of the house are dedicated to guests, all equipped with kitchen/living room, bedrooms, and bathroom. It is located 50 meters from the beaches and 500 meters from the village of S. Feliciano, in a strategic position for visiting the most beautiful centers of Tuscany and Umbria.

Loft for two ideal for a couple. Large and new studio apartment, with balcony, wooden roof and modern design. It is located on the second floor of a well-kept house inhabited by the family hosting you. The kitchen is complete with all appliances. It is suitable for short and long periods. We can't accept pets, much to our displeasure.
