Encore merci Augusto (papa d'Alessandro) pour cette semaine merveilleuse dans votre maison et de toutes vos attentions ! Je recommande vivement ce logement. Il est idéalement situé entre la plage et Rome. La maison était très confortable, spacieuse et chaleureuse, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de visites à Rome. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme de l'endroit, loin de l'agitation de la ville, surtout le soir, assis sur les chaises longues à regarder le ciel étoilé. Les enfants ne voulaient plus partir. Nous choisirons cette maison lors de notre prochain séjour. Info voyage : Pour la plage, nous vous conseillons la Spiaggia libera Maccarese qui est à 15mn et qui dispose d'un très grand parking gratuit. Pour vos visites à Rome, nous vous conseillons d'y aller en train. Pour cela, préférez la Stazione Maccarese-Fregene qui est à 11 mn de la maison et qui dispose là aussi d'un parking gratuit. Pour le tarif, il est à 9€10 (aller) pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants

Appartement parfait, rénové récemment donc impeccable, les literies sont confortables (le lit et le canapé lit), très propre. On pourrait peut-être juste reprocher le manque de luminosité (juste pour ne pas mettre que du positif 😉). Il est parfaitement placé, nous avons pu tout faire à pieds. La rue est calme (mais on est quand même en plein centre de Rome 😉). Tomasso est sympathique, réactif et de bons conseils, merci.

Davvero un B&B a misura di famiglia. I genitori di Rossano sono gentilissimi e comprensivi. Sembra davvero di essere a casa. Ci hanno anche fatto trovare una bottiglia del loro vino (buono!). L’appartamento è come da foto e descrizione ed è pulitissimo. Bellissimo il giardino, le vigne e l’uliveto. Lo raccomando

We had an amazing 2-night Easter stay in this unique, chalet-like house with its Mongolian yurt and private pool! Everything was magic: the original architectural design of the wooden house, the patio, the yurt, the pool with its incredible panoramic view, the hammock, the BBQ, the olive tree garden - all at our full disposal. Mr. Pietro is the perfect host: responsive, warm, and thoughtful (we were welcomed with a glass of wine and cheese and salami board), and he was always ready to meet any need. Although the weather was unstable, he opened the pool for us which was simply spectacular. We even ended up booking the second house on his property when our group grew larger at the last minute, and again, Mr. Pietro and his family were incredibly accommodating and considerate. Everything had a magical touch, from the main entrance door to the fireplace, the artistic décor, the stairs leading up to the attic to again embrace the sun from the upper terrace through window-sized openings.

Sin dal principio ci siamo resi conto che sarebbe andato tutto bene. Host disponibile e precisa. Appartamento carino, ordinato, pulito a due passi dalla chiesa di santa Maria degli angeli e da un supermercato. Abbiamo parcheggiato il van sotto casa (dove ci sono negozietti e tabacchi); in casa pentole, stoviglie, biancherie, saponi. Un terrazzo ottimo visto che siamo con il bimbo. L’host ci ha addirittura fornito un triciclo per far giocare il piccolo. La casa si compone di due camere da letto grandi (una con letto matrimoniale, una con un letto alla francese più un lettino) e una cameretta con lettino singolo. Ci sono due bagni ciascuno ne con doccia (uno nella vasca). Per noi (cinque adulti e un bimbo) è stata una soluzione ideale. Massima disponibilità da parte della host per gli orari di check in e check out. Consiglio vivamente

From the very first day, we were delighted with the surroundings - picturesque landscapes, greenery, and silence, which allowed for complete relaxation. The cottage itself was perfect. The sauna and hot tub outdoors were a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The grill was invaluable; we could prepare delicious meals outdoors, enjoying local specialties. The absence of neighbors within a few kilometers was a true luxury that allowed us to completely disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city. Tuscany turned out to be the perfect place for a romantic getaway. I recommend this cottage to everyone who wants to spend time surrounded by nature, away from everyday stress. It's the perfect place to recharge your batteries and create unforgettable memories.
