Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

The beds are 2.2 m long. We will prepare them as a double bed or two single beds – see photo. There is a modern kitchen, a coffee machine with a grinder, and a selection of teas. Towels, shampoo and shower gel are provided. The third guest sleeps on the mattress. Play board games or exercise on a yoga mat. The apartment is without TV.

We offer an accommodation in a cottage, situated on the outskirts of the village Horní Lhotice nearby Kralice nad Oslavou. The cottage is fully equipped and provides 2 double beds and 5 single beds in three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located upstairs. The stairs are slightly steeper. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and another separate toilet in the house. Guests are provided with the outdoor seating area with a fireplace.

The minimalist and purposefully furnished interior of the apartment ABOVE THE ROOF is a great place for your relaxation after a long trip or a busy working day. The newly built apartment has a modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, maxi sofa and comfortable bed 180*200 cm. In the attic there is a bunk bed with additional sleeping space right under the stars.

Outdoor use for children

The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
