The place was clean, well cared for and as shown in the pictures. It has everything you need for a comfortable and no inconvenience stay. Our stay was super quiet, the property made us feel at home from the beginning. The location is excellent, right in the center of Santiago, which made it much easier for us to get to know the city. There are a lot of cool things nearby, and we feel safe all the time, different from what we saw in some other reviews about certain neighborhoods. It's worth saying that we didn't go out at night, so our perception of safety is based on the activities we did during the day. We use public transportation, both bus and subway, and access from the property is super fast. By the way, because it is in the center, you can do a lot of things on foot as well. In short: just pack up and come enjoy Santiago! We were very pleased with everything.

Great stay! The apartment was fully equipped and in a great area where we had super easy access to explore the city whether it be by metro or walking. Would stay again.

Beautiful place, beautiful house, attentive and friendly host, flexibility at check-in and check-out. We had a great weekend at Claudio's lakefront house! It has all the necessary amenities and more. The jacuzzi is extremely relaxing, the pool is large, the beds are of good quality, the house is beautiful and the plot has many spaces to share with family or friends. Extremely recommended if it is a large group that wants to have a good time and relax. There are minimarkets nearby to be able to stock up if needed and the caretaker of the house is super friendly. The house matches the photos, very nice and nice. Wide kitchen and lots of utensils. We celebrated my niece's birthday and everything was perfect, camilo and sebastian were very friendly and flexible with the schedule. Recommended the house, spacious its rooms and we felt right at home.

We had a very good few days, I would say the place is nicer than the pictures. Everything clean (including the pool) and the kitchen is equipped with necessities. As a fact, to comment that the capacity is for 8 people considering the beds, if they are squeezed to 3 in a king bed they come to 9; but they are not 12 people as the publication says although the owner offers mattresses. Another point to take into account is the air conditioning according to the season, there are two air conditioners but there are no controls to operate them, but you have to ask the owner to turn it on by chat; this because the electricity is more expensive in that area. Lastly, to comment that on the plot both inside the house and outside there are security cameras, which were apparently turned off during the stay but we didn't ask either.

The apartment looks like a hotel suite, it's perfect for spending a few days there. There were a lot of things available, it was very nice. (Coffee, water, towels…) The rooftop with pool offers amazing views of the whole city! The only downside of my stay was not being able to use the laundromat in the building because you have to be Chilean to use the app.

The apartment is impeccable, very clean and modern, I recommend it 100%. It has a coffee maker, hair dryer, kitchenware, books, a desk, in a word it's spectacular. Check-in was a little confused. They didn't know why I was there. Called Rodrigo and it got sorted instantly, though. After that, everyone waa very friendly. The apartment itself has a great view of the city and surrounding mountains.
