Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.

Newly constructed cosy studio guest house. Located in a quiet suburban neighbourhood. Located at the rear of half acre property. Parking available behind guest house. Guest house has a fully operational kitchen, queen sized bed, ensuite style bathroom. Most suited to couples - maximum of 2 adults. Bed linen and towels supplied. 7 min drive to Main St. 8 min drive to Mills Beach. 9 min drive to Mothers Beach. Strictly no parties.

The property is located in peaceful, residential area of Mount Eliza, backing on to a small Nature Reserve. The accommodation suits couples or singles (1 Queen size bed offered), well behaved pets are welcome. The guesthouse is in close proximity to the main residence but it is in separate building with it's own access through the side gate. Internet and Netflix available.
