Mornington Peninsula Paradise - Self-contained cottage.

Our cottage was originally transferred from the Melbourne Botanical gardens. It is studio style with a seperate shower & toilet room. It has a queen bed and we supply all linen. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, electric stove & microwave & all needed appliances, crockery and cutlery. We provide basic breakfast items. The dining area has a table & chairs a TV. There is good wifi. From your private deck you overlook a spacious bush garden with the Sweetwater Creek flowing at the bottom.

Warneet Retreat

Warneet retreat is a cosy little home away from home. It's ideal for couples or singles. It has a queen size bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome! It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 50 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.

If you love walking, there are many local walks that will take you to spectacular views of Mt Martha and Mornington beaches or you may like to drive a short distance to more challenging walks. The accommodation suits couples or singles (1 Queen size bed offered), well behaved pets are welcome. The guesthouse is in close proximity to the main residence but it is in separate building with it's own access through the side gate. Internet and Netflix available.
