Guest house Mökki is located in Shinano-cho in northern Nagano Prefecture, blessed with forests, lakes and snow. There are nature-rich sightseeing spots such as Kurohime Kogen, Lake Nojiri, and Togakushi in the vicinity. The building of the pioneering era was renovated fashionably with plenty of natural materials such as pure cedar, cypress and plaster.We also paid attention to the interior and kitchen utensils so that you can enjoy "living". In the back of the building, there is a forest with a stream, and you can enjoy a walk in search of the blessings of nature, as well as swing hammocks.In the east house by the river, you can enjoy BBQ and bonfires without worrying about the weather. In the green season, as a base for hiking, biking, fishing, and sup golf, the snow season is also a great base for winter sports, including skiing and snowboarding. There are many walking tracks to enjoy the scenery of Nagano's nature, such as mountain roads leading to Togakushi Shrine, which has more than 2,000 years of history, as well as wetlands and alpine observation courses. It is a 10-minute walk to Forest Adventure, which can be enjoyed by children and adults, and Oza Hoshi Pond, where you can take a walk by the lake.Water activities on Lake Nojiri and sightseeing in the city such as Zenyo-ji Temple are also within a 20-minute drive.All ski resorts (Togakushi, Kurohime, Myoko, Wadao) all ski resorts can be accessed within 30 minutes. Convenience stores, restaurants, and supermarkets (Delicia) are all within a 10-minute walk. Iwatake Ski Resort is a 5-minute drive away, and you can enjoy activities throughout the season. You can relax in the modern Japanese-style room as if you were at home.
