The lower & upper are not connected from inside so each level has their own entrance and rent separately. Free parking and Wi-Fi. Located near Hunt, along Guadalupe River (dam-controlled so water level same year-long), our private riverfront is 150-ft away - great to swim, kayak, float, and fish.
