Naira was very hospitable and met us at the door. Gave us a wonderful recommendation where to eat. I would gladly stay here again.

House is just a gem! Location was perfect for us, but also a quick ride into downtown. The house and grounds are all incredible. We were there in the winter and it was lovely, but it must be incredible over the summer. Tamara was a very responsive host. Would highly recommend.

We would like to recommend the place... in Tbilisi. The house is really beautiful and well-kept, equipped with everything you need to feel at home, the yard is green full of trees and flowers and the pool is clean and refreshing!!! Near the pool, there is a wooden swing and chairs for maximum comfort. ...greeted us and offered to help with whatever was needed. He was kind and cordial. Near the house, there is a center of shops and markets for shopping. Due to an unexpected medical hospitalization for the baby girl in the hospital, we had to leave earlier than expected, and...he was patient and accepted the event with understanding and concern for the baby girl. Thank you for everything! Highly recommend coming and enjoying it.

We only stayed here for the one night, we wish we could have stayed longer. It was a great location, easy to walk into the main part of the city. Very clean and very cosy. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed for 3 nights and can’t complain. Georgy was proactive, helpful and friendly. House is very big and everyone will find a corner for themselves. Definitely recommended if you want to do day trips from Tbilisi and well connected to main roads.

PERFECT for us! Nodar was wonderful. Think its always important to write goal/type of trip, as everyones reviews can vary: we were a group of 9 adults, one kid, two toddlers and a newborn! Travelling from UK and Iran for a big family reunion! An e-Sim/Sim for Data is almost essential, to use Google/Translate/Bolt etc. LOCATION: Famous/beautiful street. Lots of groceries. Bolt will drop you off in the correct spot. Nodar guided us for the rest! (DO NOT GET airport taxi, use BOLT or Prebook). HOUSE: Two families with kids upstairs, the grandmother downstairs to avoid her using stairs. GARDEN: Amazing for BBQ's, setting up drinks etc. We bought everything from shops/butcher nearby. FACILITIES: Nodar kindly provided toiletries but we were a big group so got additional stuff easily ourselves. Tv is basic but enough to connect HDMI (we'd taken our PS5). Kitchen just needs a few more utensils, Linen CLEAN NODAR: Totally assisted us to the max whenever he could! Definitely recommend!

Nino is a great host! She recommended must see attractions and provided complete walking guide throughout the city which helped a lot! Also, she was super responsive! The unit is located in Old town and is close enough to bars, cafes and many attractions. There is an electric heater and no central heating or AC. The only issues I encountered was: the noise and footsteps from the upper floor was loud. The pressure of hot water was a bit low in the morning. Other than that I had a wonderful experience!

Shorena is a fantastic and friendly superhost, she always responded quickly to our questions, or concerns. Her mother who lives next door is also very friendly, helpful, and speedy to assist with anything! We stayed for 1 month with our toddlers and it was a very fun location. The Old Time restaurant that’s 1 min away is amazing. Everything you will need is within short walking distance. We really enjoyed exploring this area, and it’s also kid and stroller friendly. The home is just like the photos and very clean. The furniture, walls, bathrooms, and etc were all very clean. The beds are VERY comfortable and the bedding is luxurious. The kitchen is updated, and is well equipped with silverware + dishes. Great for at home cooking. The sink, stove and oven are modern and nice! The wifi worked great, we never had any issues. There’s A/C units in each room, and radiant heating, both work great! Washing machine works great. Don’t let the rough alley scare you, this is a hidden gem! :)

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There’s air conditioning in every room, which was a big plus. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There are some railway tracks nearby, but during our whole week-long stay, I only heard a train once, so it wasn’t an issue at all. The location is also super convenient - very easy access to the airport, with shops and restaurants close by. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free with a lockbox, which made everything simple. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tbilisi!

Nunu was a magnificent host. This was a visit with a difference and once Nunu was aware of the things that were needed, she really worked hard and beyond what was expected to ensure that our needs were met and surpassed! She became part of our family for the week and helped beyond expectation. The property, its location and equipment were again, beyond expectation. Short and inexpensive taxi journeys into the city and everything you need at your fingertips. The local shop was well stocked with friendly, helpful staff. In short, Nunu provided the perfect property in the perfect location and at the same time, went above and beyond what was expected. My family adored her.

Великолепное расположение. 1 минута до пешеходной улицы с ресторанами и оттуда минут 5 до метро Марджинашвили. В другу сторону 5 минут до Сухого моста и парка. Рядом с квартирой прекрасный недорогой погребок с очень вкусной едой. При этом это типичный старый Тбилиси. Очень дружелюбная и отзывчивая хозяйка. Несмотрямна то, что комнатка очень маленькая, в ней есть все необходимое. Да еще и тепло зимой, так как там центральное отопление. При вощможности остановлюсь там снова.

Дом находится в красивом месте. На территории есть беседка и мангал. На первом этаже большая гостиная с камином и диваном. В доме современная мебель и техника. В спальнях белое постельное белье и полотенца, гель для душа и шампунь. В доме есть набор посуды - тарелки, несколько чашек для чая, столовые приборы, но нет разделочной доски и штопора, что стало большой неожиданностью. Бокалов для вина и других напитков тоже нет. Вокруг красивый вид на горы, можно прогуляться к ручью. Прекрасное место для уикэнда с семьей или друзьями.

A hidden and surprising gem. Made beautiful memories with the family. The beautiful views and fireplace stand out. Hated to leave. Highly recommend. The host was very friendly and informative. If I go back to Georgia, will definietly try to book the place again.

3 of us stayed for a longer stay whilst studying and it suited us really well. Good location, accessible yet the dead end gave a sense of privacy. Lovely host who was always quick to respond (also the stray cats are extremely sweet)💞

We have been staying as a couple with a dog and absolutely loved it. Nice neighbours, terrace with some space to be outside while not leaving our house territory, a cute dog Benny who is happy to see you and receive some cuddles. It had all the necessary amenities and it was warm in the early spring, because the heater works very well. Close to the metro station but very calm neighbourhood. Totally recommended.

It felt like home, maybe a bit dark in the living room, but all the rest and the garden was lovely. Very local authentic experience.

Responsive and kind hosts. The home is warm and cozy. There is everything you need for living. One of the best places I visited during my trip. Special thanks for taking care of the cats :D

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!

it was a great stay, spacious room and the location is perfectly awesome, there is many cafes, convenience store and restaurants just outside the compound. freedom Square is walkable just 5 minutes away..sir Nodar himself is very accomodating helpful and kind..🙏

Darejani was a great host and the flat was wonderful. Checkin and checkout were easy and we had a beautiful view from our balcony. The accommodation is central. A minimarket and a wonderful bakery were not even 5 minutes away. Darejani had some tips for us what to do and visit and was always helpful when we had any questions. All in all, we were happy to have chosen this flat. Hopefully, we can come back soon.
