If you are looking for a quiet place where only birds cancel the tranquillity, you've came to the right place. House with a beautiful view is placed near beautiful mountains. In the vicinity there is a small village with church, a famous local restaurant and a lot of trekking/hiking possibilities in the surrounding hill area. Suitable for individuals, couples, families and other groups. In winter time skiing slopes are just 30 min drive away, in summer 17 min away from the nearest swimming area.

Flat is in a private house with separate entrance, furnished with love, everything is new. There is a leather sofa in living room that turns into a real bed. Flat has two smart TV (Netflix, international programs). The shop and the bus stop is right next door. We offer you a bus card so that you can take the bus to the the city center. Location is really good for exploring Slovenia. The ceiling height is 2.10 m, but it is bright, fresh and has special air ventilators for clean air all times.

Lovely Helena apartment 52 m2 with garden

My apartment is situated in a green and quiet popular residential area of Ljubljana 7 km from city center. Completely renewed in Dec. 2019 it offers a very relaxing holiday staying suitable for 3 - 5 adults or family with children. Its own entrance from the garden enables privacy, but with complete support of the host (Tanja lives in the house) when needed. This floor apartment of 52 m2 and a terrace of 25 m2 with views of the garden, meadow and trees is a perfect place to relax and enjoy.

Just 8 km out of Ljubljana city center where city meats nature we placed four beautiful high class houses on a riverbank of Sava. All are completely made out of wood - environmentaly friendly and offer very positive feeling for guests. They are fully equiped, so visitors just need to bring food/drinks and slippers to start enjoying nature. On the other side all vital infrastructure is on hand within reach from 50 to 200m (market, bank, post-office, pharmacy, bus station, etc.). So welcome!

The Swan House is an old family house on the cliff, under the beautiful lake of Zbilje. It is very unique, peaceful place, which is very good situated. The old part of the house is dated 1905. Many books, texts were written here, because the proprietor is very known anthropologist from Slovenija. So, place is good for personal research, reflections, and of course discovering the country.
