Entspanne in dieser stylischen 2 Zimmer Wohnung, welche von Parkanlagen umgeben ist. Zu Fuß ist man ist man in 8 Minuten am Aasee & in 20 Minuten am Dom. Eine Bushaltestelle (7,15,16) liegt vor der Haustür & für diejenigen die mit dem eigenen PKW anreisen, gibt es ein TG-Stellplatz gegen Aufpreis. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett & im Wohnzimmer eine ausziehbare Couch. Die Küche ist mit allem bestückt was man braucht. Vom überdachten Westbalkon genießt man den Sonnenuntergang.

Unser Haus an der Werse: inmitten der Natur und dennoch nur 20 Fahrradminuten zum Prinzipalmarkt. Das Ferienhaus steht auf einem 1000 m² großen Grundstück und bietet einen direkten Zugang zur Werse. Das Landschaftsschutzgebiet zeichnet sich durch die typischen Bootshäuser aus die wie Perlen auf einer Kette an dem idyllischen Fluss liegen. Im nahen Freibad Stapelskotten kann man schwimmen, der Rad- und Wanderweg beginnt vor der Tür und der Bootsverleih ist auch nicht weit..

The apartment is located in the annex on the 2nd floor with separate entrance and large balcony overlooking the large garden and our horse meadow. Beautifully integrated into a half-timbered ensemble, our Hüsken offers direct access to its own garden with sitting area, fireplace, barbecue, parking space and covered accommodation for bicycles. A wallbox with 11 kW is available on the premises at cost.
