Das Berghäuschen umfasst etwa 59 m² Wohnfläche, verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 Wohn– und Essraum mit Küche, sowie 2 Bäder und eine etwa 13 m² große Terrasse. Es liegt auf ca. 1000m Seehöhe.

The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The 4 seasons holiday villa is located in the Alpine region 2 km from Kranjska Gora in a beautiful and secluded location. Surrounded by a large fenced garden and including swim spa, jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis and 4 bicycles, it is ideal for leisure and/or very active holidays (walking, hiking, cycling etc.). Reside in the Theresienhof manor house. Built by Franz Ritter von Jakomini in the early 19th century. On almost 120 m² you will find 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with dining area for 6 people, a spacious living room, as well as bathroom and toilet separated. Wifi is part of the basic equipment as well as a washing machine and dryer. A fenced garden is ideal for children's play.
