Simona's place was spotlessly clean and charming, with thoughtfully curated furnishings and an incredible view overlooking the surrounding countryside. We loved everything about it. It is convenient for exploring most of the city on foot, yet far enough away from the action that it's a peaceful respite. We didn't take the bus, but there is a bus is stop within 20 meters or so from the front door. Communication and support were excellent. We'd happily stay again.

Silvia and Fabrizio are very nice hosts who welcomed us with a great sense of hospitality. The house is really very spacious and there is nothing missing, it is a pity to spend only one night since I walk along the Via Francigena

Chiara is excellent and friendly host. I highly recommend this apartment, very nice, cared for in every detail, clean, very central and fascinating being close to the castle walls. Great view of the lake that is really close on foot.

Clean, spacious apartment with all the essentials. We had dinner at home almost every night and the dishwasher was very convenient. The vacuum cleaner is also useful (with the kids, the dog, and a little rain, a quick vacuuming was convenient). Also very useful to find oil, salt, sugar and a few tea bags. Great starting point for visiting Orvieto, Lake Bolsena, Marmore Falls and Civita di Bagnoregio. Beautiful vacation! Thanks Lina and Arianna!
