The modern 2-room apartment with a large kitchen is located on the top floor in the new climate house standard A-Nature. The kitchen island is equipped with comfortable bar stools that can be used as a work, dining and game table. The Boraherd is a nice addition for hobby chefs. The apartment is located in a very sunny & quiet location in Birkach, about 3 km from the center of Pfunds and offers a great view of the upper Inn Valley. The gastronomy and shops are about 5 minutes by car, on foot in about 20 minutes. The large windows illuminate the premises and offer a pleasant atmosphere. The nearby summer & winter sports regions of Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis are a few minutes' drive by car/ski bus!

The "Bella Vista Apartments" in Nauders consists of 5 apartments, all of which are bright and comfortably furnished. Relax after an eventful day in our fine wellness area with relaxation zone, sauna, adventure shower and infrared loungers. A secure garage for bicycles with charging and repair facilities is also available. Ski equipment can be stored in the ski room with heated boot dryer. In summer there is a barbecue in the garden.

A few km from Livigno, Bormio and St. Moritz, which can also be reached by the Unesco World Heritage Bernina Red Train. A gigantic view, a private terrace and two new and stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.

Cozy and quiet 2.5 room basement apartment with modern cottage charm and beautiful views. 1 bedroom, 1 living room with dining area and open kitchen as well as bathroom with bathtub incl. shower wall. The apartment was partially renovated in 2019 and the bathroom and kitchen were redone in 2024.
