Beautiful and comfortable suite in Nederland TXLocated in the one of the best neighborhoods in Nederland Texas, this unit is newly remodeled, spacious, safe, clean and quite. it's close to shopping mall, Walmart, HEB, drug stores, restaurants , schools, Lamar University, and refineries. The guests own the whole space including private entrance, a full kitchen, a full bathroom, a spacious bedroom, laundry space, kids area, back yard patio and trampoline, free parking, and TV and DVDs. Our goals is for you to have a pleasant stay.
Studio Apartment in a Great Neighborhood!A studio apartment in which the normal functions of the living room, bedroom, and kitchen – are combined into a single room. Kitchen has NO STOVE, but appliances for cooking full meals, large closet and full bath. It is located near most of the local refineries and is great for an out of town worker. The apt has all you would need for a one night stay or long term. If staying longer than a week or two, it may not be comfortable for 2 people.
