This is a great place to stay close to the ladies market and walking distance to all the tourist attractions. The store across the street sells the best horseradish potato chips and a wide selection of cold beer. It is on the top (3rd) floor so you would need to be good with some stairs. On thing is that I found it wonderful to awake to the cooing of the pigeons each day, but I could see others not appreciating them.

Beautiful, sunny and very cousy apartment. Me and my husband loved the place! Very clean, very well designed and decorated. Fully equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, all necessary amenities are there! Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to big supermarkets, well connected with public transportation. Boyko is a great host, very responsive and flexible with our trip alterations and checking in and out times. Highly recommend his place to stay, and will definitely stay at his place in future!

We've stayed in this apartment for more than a month. Quite a long time. The place was fantastic. Very comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful view from the balcony. Apartment is located 20 meters from bus stop with line 310 which takes you to the city center every 10 minutes. Near the apartment there is Zapaden Park (brilliant, huge green area), sauna, gym and Kaufland. You can be sure that the owners answer every single question you have and do their best to help you :) Long story short: ideal place for both short and very long stays. Can really recommend it!
