Ajay was an awesome host. Responded quickly to all my text. He was very accommodating and respectful. His place was clean and modern. The bed was so comfortable. The house keeper was so nice and stopped by everyday to see if I neede her to clean. The place had just the right amount of space to feel comfortable. It was very safe. 24hr security. He is right by the beach. The community also has a pool. It is minutes away from local restaurants and clubs. The beach and pool is open 24hr. This place was such a vibe.

This was an awesome experience. Please don’t bring your customs and traditions to interrupt this peaceful safe haven. This was a home away from home except BETTER. EVERYBODY is kind, helpful and very attentive. They provided things NOT even listed so dont be afraid to ask!Im a regular in this breathtaking country and I am looking forward to next year!! To me this was better than my All inclusive experience! Not only will you have a great time making beautiful memories, but you have met lifetime friends! I cried real tears when my month stay was over. Lyndon, Karly and King were very supportive and encouraged me to lift my head and look forward to next year and i do! Please understand that the ENTIRE ISLAND has experienced water and electrical outages EVEN at the AI hotels like the Riu where i stayed in 2018 so don’t expect your host to perform a miracle!

Staying at The Lotus was pure joy. I felt such a sense of peace and serenity. I stayed for 1 month and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Since I worked remotely as well, the workspace was perfect and WiFi was consistent and fast. Sleeping was very comfortable and there is a variety of lighting to set different moods. I really looked forward to opening the curtains each morning to see the spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea and then watch the view change throughout the day as the ships went by. I also loved the convenience of being able to walk to some of the best restaurants on the West end and drive 5 minutes to Rick’s Cafe! Bella was such a delight to work with. She made sure I was taken care of during my stay. Thanks so much Bella! Your condo gave me a perfect blend of comfort, peace and practicality.

We always stay with this host. Communication is great. Place is as pictured . Beautiful and updated inside .AC and bathrooms /showers work with cold and hot water :) Location cannot be beat. Pool and beach steps away. Highly recommended!

Good spot for the price.

We really enjoyed our stay at Trevor's place. We spoke on the phone with him prior to arrival and Trevor answered all our questions about the room and gave us some great pointers on cabs and cell phone use. We enjoyed our time on the third-floor patio overlooking courtyard gardens and were able to cook meals in the kitchen to save some money. It was evident that Trevor took great care during his apartment renovations. We enjoyed the tiled bathroom and shower. Trevor bought us some beers, after learning that I was sick during the trip, and I was looking forward to my recovery. We would highly recommend staying with Trevor. Jim and Katie

Had a good stay overall. The space itself is very quiet and relaxing. The one issue I ran into was being racially profiled by security who followed me around and asked if I was really a resident, even after I showed them my keys they were disrespectful. I found them hanging out in the backyard near my bedroom window and asked them to move and they were rude and disrespectful. But I spoke to their manager and it was addressed. Besides that frustrating experience, I had a good experience here overall.

It’s was a wonderful stay the issues we had were minor, the floor was a little bit dusty , my biggest issue was no microwave, but I will say the place seems to be newly renovated so maybe that’s why , I would highly recommend stay thou , the place is very safe , private and quiet also the host was very polite 👍

Matthew accommodated me and my friends on a last minute trip and I really appreciated that. He was also very easy to work with. He was responsive from the beginning and very helpful throughout the stay. The house is very easy to find, about 15-20mins outside of Montego Bay. If you enjoy nature then this is a great spot to visit for a few days. The river is easily accessible and if you’re not into that, you have a great sized and clean pool to swim in. I plan on going back soon with my friends again, hopefully stay a bit longer this time.

Ashleigh was very easy to communicate with. The condo was clean and as described in the information. We enjoyed the beach, lots of chairs and enough shaded areas. The other guests in the complex were friendly and helpful with information. We had good meals at the Sandbox Bar on the property and at Dru’s next door. The food from the Patty Man who walks the beach each day was also good. Also recommend Captain Billy for snorkeling, he parks his boat next to the property each day.

This place was simply amazing! Maggie was available and helpful throughout our stay. The pool, rock pool and beach are beautiful. The on site restaurant, Miguel, is fabulous. He is a very good chef and his prices won’t break your budget. The kitchen in the room is fully stocked with microwave, fridge, stove, kettle, washing machine and pantry items. The balcony offers a beautiful view. The grounds are great to walk around, filled with beautiful flowers and wildlife. It was very safe. The air conditioning is delightful. If we return to Negril, we would definitely stay here again. We absolutely loved it!

I’ve been to Negril 5 times in the last year. Love staying at The Point/Point Village. It’s quiet, relaxing, has 2 beaches, security, and a guy that makes breakfast and lunch on site. Trudyann’s place is great for 2 people. The kitchen has a lot more than most airbnbs I’ve been to. Great price for the location and amenities.

this is a wonderful place to stay. beautiful, private beach, extra amenities, great kitchen wares which you typically don't see in other places. the host answers any questions right away. we highly recommend!!!

This property is truly amazing. From checking in instructions to description of location , everything was timely and accurate. The room was absolutely ideal for my wife and I. Looking at the ocean from the deck, is an absolute blessing. Especially for the breath taking sunsets at night as the deck is facing west. The walk to the beach is literally minutes from the door to a beach chair. The beach is serene and calm, and during our time there, not very busy. In terms of local restaurants, all extremely good with lots of local options to choose from. A negative i do say about the restaurants, and this is absolutely out of Carlton's control, sometimes they bring people from the local all-inclusive resorts to the local restaurants, and they can really pack the place up and bring unpleasant attitudes. Again, nothing to do with Carlton or the property, just thought it was worth mentioning. We chose to rent a vehicle while we were there, and loved the freedom it provides.
