Welcome to us! We rent out a studio with its own entrance and bathroom and free parking space.. Downtown approx. 3 km. Bus stop approx. 300 m. Grocery store approx. 500 m. Ice hockey hall and handball hall (Storhamar) approx. 2 km. The apartment is equally suitable for those who study, as for those who are going to Hamar on other occasions. The apartment is equipped with bed(150 cm) and WiFi. The place does not have a kitchen, but there is a kettle, fridge and microwave. We have Furuberget as the nearest neighbor with nice hiking opportunities.

The house is large and spacious, and is located with a lovely view of Lake Mjøsa. By car it is about 1 hour to Lillehammer, 50 min to Gjøvik, 30 min to Hamar and about 20 min to Brumunddal. The house is also suitable for those who need a place to stay for a short time while renovating their house or looking for something new. A cheap holiday / residence for small to large families.

A studio apartment from 2019 with a large bathroom, bedroom and living room/kitchen solution. Private entrance from the back of the house, and access to parking on the front of the house. The rest of the house is inhabited by us and we have three children who can produce some step sound. Otherwise, the dorm is separated from the house by a fireproof and soundproof door,which is locked with a key. TV is only available for AirPlay, and no apps/channels

Husmannsplassen Havrebakken is an idyllic little house on Hovelsrud farm on Helgøya with phenomenal views of Mjøsa. There is a nice house with living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. There is a separate garden around the house. Here you can sit on nice evenings and enjoy the view. There is access to the beach at Hovelsrud. There are nice hiking trails in the forest right behind the house.
