Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in New Albany

Devin was such a great communicator..before..during and after the the stay! check-in was exactly by the book! unfortunately mother was not on our side during our trip so we didn't get to enjoy the pool and hot tub which was the reason we booked..but it was still a really cozy evening to celebrate our anniversary!

We enjoyed our week's stay. We had everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. We walked daily on Frankfort Avenue and took the Tarc bus a few times. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Short distance from the airport. We will stay here again on our next trip to Louisville.

Just a stopover for us, but we found it fine for our needs. Very secure building, nice and quiet, Devion was gracious and helpful, it had the basics. Nice brewery restaurant a couple of blocks away and a small taproom right in the building itself.

Great place to stay. Had a masculine modern bourbon room vibe. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Never had an issue with parking. It was very clean with very comfy beds. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here, and Evan and Kinsey were great hosts that were easy to communicate with! Very clean and cozy space!

St. Matthews continues to be a wonderful place to use as a base for touring Louisville and surrounding areas, especially the bourbon trail. Meagan's place is very comfortable and comes with all the amenities to make your stay pleasant. The condo is spacious and extremely clean. Communication is fast during all times of booking. Love this "home away from home".

What a great place to stay! The house is very nice, very clean and has everything you’ll need. The house is conveniently located close to great shops and restaurants in Jeffersonville and only a five minute easy drive to downtown Louisville. Noel was a great host! He provided all kinds of suggestions/information about the house/the area and responded immediately to any questions I had. I highly recommend this place for your trip to Jeffersonville or Louisville!!

We had a great stay here during our daughter’s volleyball tournament. Very clean, spacious, and quiet. Location was also perfect, right near the highway so we could get to the Expo center easily. Brandon is a great host. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in Old Louisville. The studio was very clean and tidy, check in using the keyless lock/code was easy thanks to the clear photos and instructions. Leenette was a helpful host, she gave us some great local recommendations and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Ashley & Mark

My family enjoyed our stay in the house. It was clean and very accommodating. Hoss is a great host and was attentive to our needs. Location is good also. I would definitely recommend.

This house we great for large groups. We originally had 11 people coming but ended up with only 8. The house was older with a ton of character. It looks like it is a very up and coming neighborhood that has had a lot of work done to it. We came in for a work trip at the expo center and this house was only a 5 minute drive to it each day. Hot tub was awesome and back yard was nice. Will look at renting this house again for next years convention.

The 5 of us all really liked Alberto's home. It was nicely furnished, comfortable with plenty of seating for us all, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were more than enough blankets and towels. The backyard is very private and Alberto left us some firewood for the firepit which we enjoyed after a long day of walking, sightseeing, and tasting bourbons. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance and the cemetery where M. Ali is buried is basically 2 blocks away. We all agreed that we would stay at this Air B & B again should we find ourselves in Louisville in the future.

I have loved both of my stays at Luke’s house. High quality linens, appliances, and bedding. Felt like I was home as soon as I entered. My sister was with me most of then first visit and the set up was perfect for us. She loved the cool downstairs and I took the upstairs. Great set up. Convenient entry at lower level Once unlocked from inside. Made unloading and loading the car much easier. The place was spotless!!! Would stay here again for sure.

Lovely apartment, clean and comfortable. The bed and the linens were so over the top luxurious, we slept so well. Great location.

Exactly as advertised! Not only would I recommend without hesitation; I expect to book it many more times in the coming years on return trips to Louisville. Spacious, comfortable & great location. Thanks, Matt—your place met all our needs and surpassed all expectations!

This was our second stay here and Marianne was terrific, as was her home. If we are back for the same tournament in 2026, we can’t wait to stay again. Lovely place, lovely and responsive host!

Ameer was a wonderful host! He was very responsive and answered all our questions in a very timely manner. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. His place was close to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Great place for up to 5 persons, but still a great deal for as few as 1 person. Extra perks such as a record player, literature, and partial access to streaming services on the TV. Close to downtown by car, and pedestrian-friendly— lots of walking areas and nearby green space.

Great space in up and coming neighborhood. Felt safe enough to walk downtown and to the river with no issues. Would stay again for sure.
