We would like to extend this offer to you for this charming 20 m2 cottage with a 70 m2 garden. sofa bed with 17 cm thick mattress. It is located 1.3 km from Boccacabana beach, 5 min by bike, 3 min by car. There are 2 muscle mountain bikes available. Bus 2 min away that takes you to Cannes in 15 min. We are 5 minutes from the industrial zone. This cottage is located on our property but you will not have any neighbors opposite you.

There are quite a few hikes from the village and for those who like Padel, we have the largest complex in the Maritime Alps on Contes, 15 minutes from the accommodation. We provide an aquabike and a water rower for your well-being. The bed will be made upon arrival.
