The estate is equipped with a heated pool, a children's playground, a paddle tennis court, a city stadium and a restaurant with a rooftop.

We would like to extend this offer to you for this charming 20 m2 cottage with a 70 m2 garden. sofa bed with 17 cm thick mattress. It is located 1.3 km from Boccacabana beach, 5 min by bike, 3 min by car. There are 2 muscle mountain bikes available. Bus 2 min away that takes you to Cannes in 15 min. We are 5 minutes from the industrial zone. This cottage is located on our property but you will not have any neighbors opposite you.

We provide an aquabike and a water rower for your well-being. The bed will be made upon arrival.
