Adorable renovated studio, sunny on an old balcony, close to the pedestrian street and the beach, in the most popular area of Nice. Equipped with a very comfortable folding bed with a thick comfort mattress ++ +, a real sofa, equipped kitchen (fridge, plates, microwave, Nespresso), and bathroom with toilet and washing machine, plenty of storage. On the corner: Grimaldi gym and paid parking, supermarkets and all shops!!! Equipped with Wifi, and TV. Excellent location!!!

My little attic cabin (mansard)

A real cozy little nest under the roofs in the heart of the city of Nice, very sunny and quiet, take care of my little cabin :) The apartment is an attic on one floor, it looks like a Tiny House because it is 33 m2 in total including 15 m2 Carrez law, and the entrance is through a private staircase. The night space is open to the living room. I lived in the cabin for 2 years to renovate it and make it a real cocoon to welcome you.

Jardin Albert 1er, Pde Anglais, Place Masséna 2 minutes away

Very quiet studio on the 1st floor, located in the real Carré d'Or Niçois. Close to the building entrance; luxury shops, jewelers, the beautiful Place Masséna. Opposite the regularly busy Albert 1st Garden (Carnival, Flower Battles, Christmas Market, Jazz Festival, etc.). 2 minutes' walk to Promenade des Anglais and the Beaches. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
