Le tram est à 2 minutes.

The 24 m2 studio (+ 7 m2 terrace) has a light, airy open-plan living space including a fully equipped kitchen-diner, lounge/bed room with a top quality Italian fold-down sofa bed. Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. The new tram line - just 300m away - is a real advantage (see Getting Around below).

You will find plans and all the good plans corresponding to your stay.

The apartment is 10 km from the center of Nice, in a quiet area close to the airport and the Allianz stadium. The apartment has a terrace and a secure underground parking space available at no extra cost. Sushi restaurant, brasserie and hairdresser are at the foot of the building. Tram line 3 takes you directly from the airport to the apartment (Meridia stop).
