Les deux chambres donnent sur un jardin intérieur luxuriant. Une salle de bains entièrement neuve disposant d'un meuble double vasque et d'une très grande douche( 150X90 cms) complètent cette offre ... l'apartement est équipée d'une porte blindée et d'un coffre pour votre entière sécurité... -Connection WIFI tres haut debit(Fibre).... L'appartement est situé au cœur de Nice, dans le Carré d'or, à quelques minutes à pied des plages de la promenade des Anglais et du centre-ville. Our apartment was fully new renovated and redecorated in 2017, further renovations in 2023 and 2024 (p.e. new windows). It is located on the "Prom. d. Angl." and the beach is 20 m away. 15 m walk to the city center and 10 min to the train station and the airport (bus. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a stylish, but cosy livingroom with an open kitchen. Additionally it has a garden. It has a marvelous view to the ocean!
