Hiking and mountain biking trails at the end of the garden (Gr13, Tour du Morvan, etc.). All amenities 10 minutes by car (Château-Chinon). 30 minutes by car from Haut-Folin (25 cross-country ski trails) and Mont-Beuvray.

Mine museum 15 km away, municipal swimming pool 1.5 km away, all shops. Walk in the forest, fishing. Non-smoking, walk along the Loire, Wi-Fi. Great place to play pétanque, no washing machine. For 2 adults or a couple and two children. No pets.
