Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Nièvre

Very pleasant stay as a family at Fred's. The house is very warm and friendly; the surrounding countryside is superb. And, cherry on the cake for a November 11, we were able to have lunch on the terrace!

Thank you Estelle for your welcome. We had a lovely stay at your house. The main room is very spacious, the house is super well-equipped. Despite the cold outdoor temperatures, we enjoyed the warm shower in the house. The whole village is within walking distance from the house. The only downside would be the fact that there is only one bathroom and one toilet; for our part, not really a problem but to consider. I would highly recommend staying with Estelle to discover a very natural region.

Old house with lots of charm, very quiet. Heating with fireplace and very nice and "warm" insert. Kitchen equipped as a "living" house and not as a soulless rental. Maud, very nice host, flexible for check-in and check-out times and very discreet. We would definitely go back and highly recommend it.

Corinne's apartment is very nice, tastefully decorated the decor mixes the modern and the old, bright. The kitchen is well equipped. We can't be more in the center of Avallon, all the shops downstairs from the building and the free parking is less than 200 meters away, you can go there without a second thought

We had a lovely weekend at Lara's. The room was very cozy and sleeping at the foot of the stove was really nice. Lara is a thoughtful host, I recommend it.

Loved our stay at this property. This is a 25m2 studio. You have to be in good physical shape because there are steps to get there then the accommodation is on 2 floors. But the place is in a large green estate, with an exterior. It is therefore possible to find a corner of greenery and to install sunbeds and chairs that are available. There are also tables for eating out, which is very nice. Swimming pool is great. It opens onto a field. The estate includes several lodges. It is a very peaceful place where we were able to rest and recharge. The owner is very friendly and considerate. He even gave us mushrooms he had harvested, which were delicious. It's a great place to explore the region. Be careful to follow the instructions given to access the cottage and do not follow the Google Maps route which passes a hiking path

The cottage proposed by Marie Christine met our expectations of departure or even more. The cottage is very pleasant with a beautiful terrace and surrounded by a beautiful park. A beautiful area for hiking , discovering Morvan and relaxing!

Great place, beautiful view, little cocoon in the heart of the countryside! Beautiful slopes accessible right next door by bike as well.

This place is wonderful! The pictures really don’t do it justice. The pool is fabulous and the peace and quiet and the views make it the perfect spot for a relaxing break. The bedrooms were all generous sizes. The place is very rural (great for walks and runs) but that adds to its charm.

Very good stay in a house with lots of charm. The walled garden is also very nice. The amenities are diverse and of good quality for people who like to cook. Well heated accommodation and comfortable beds. The walks around the place are also pleasant and well indicated.
