This is our countryside house, located 2 hours from Paris in the wine-making region of Sancerre. This is a rustic family home, carefully renovated in an English cottage-style. It is charming, with exposed stone, original features, and a vine adorning the house. It has a log-burning fire for the winter and a garden full of fruit trees in the spring; a perfect spot to enjoy the local renowned goats cheese and crisp Sancerre white wine.

Forboiserie is an old house built before the Great War. It has been maintained by our family and has retained its identity and its history. Most of the trees were planted by our grandfather Gustave. Some are hundred years old. Many are rare species. Our grandfather loved trees. You will find home in conditions which are those of our personal use with its simplicity, its qualities and its rusticity.

Single-story house overlooking two gardens. The one to the south is private. The very large one to the north is shared with us... when we have small children. Each bedroom has a bathroom and toilet. A cozy place to enjoy the calm by the stove in winter. Comfortably equipped for cooking. Kids will love the donkeys, the swing set and the trampoline in the garden.

Small comfortable house located in the heart of Vezelay 120m from the Basilica. With a surface of 65m2, arranged on two levels. On the ground floor: living room, fitted kitchen, rest area. Upstairs: large office bedroom, bathroom. We have paid attention to the modern, practical and colourful layout of this place. Pets are welcome.
