Our Scale

A wonderful holiday home with a swimming pool and large sun terrace. Where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farmhouse with new elements like a new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning on the 1st floor, fan on the ground floor. The house is at the edge of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Charming house in Lucy-sur-Yonne

A pretty house full of charm a few meters from the Canal du Nivernais, close to the Yonne River and many tourist sites such as the Château de Faulin, Vézelay, the Rochers du Saussois, the vineyards of Auxerre, Chablis, Guedelon, and many other sites to discover. Barbecue and plancha available as well as coffee maker, Senseo, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, dish towels. Linens and towels are provided free of charge from September 15, 2022.

The Chalet de l'Onde

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish chalet. Located in the Morvan in the private Domaine "Des Fontaines" on the edge of the large Lake des Settons. Guests can enjoy a small beach 400 m from the chalet. For the more athletic: hiking or cycling, water sports: jet ski, towed buoy, slide accessible at the Glissland nautical base, sails... For nature lovers in winter and summer, this green setting invites you to take wonderful walks.

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

Château de Paraize

A wonderful stay at Château de Paraize: staying in the French countryside with beautiful views of the horses in the fields. The river Allier is within walking distance, enjoy beautiful nature, old towns, wine estates, markets with good food or flea markets. Or bbq with us at Paraize itself, participate in a wine tasting in the old wine cellar by candlelight, or just enjoy the campfire.

Charming mill in Burgundy – near Vezelay

Located by the river, on a 1.5 ha property full of charm, our mill is an ideal place to spend wonderful moments with friends and family. Ideally located for exploring Burgundy (18 km Vézelay), strolling along the Canal du Nivernais, swimming at the foot of the mill, canoeing, cycling...the possibilities are many. Le Moulin have 16 beds (out of 2 houses: Le Moulin and a gite).
