This is my second time staying in one of this same Hosts homes and it was just as pleasurable as the first if not more. I loved the home. The Aesthetics were nice and very modern. I recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

I had an amazing stay at Juan's place! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in effortless. The location was perfect, close uptown, making it easy to explore. The bed was comfortable, and the overall ambiance was warm and inviting. I especially loved the outside area and game room. Everything was well-maintained, and I felt right at home. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this Airbnb is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend it and would absolutely stay again!

Matthew was very responsive and friendly. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We loved the Charlotte Farmers Market, the walking trail close by, and playing airsoft at Lake Norman. We also enjoyed sitting on the back patio and in the chairs on the front porch, as well as playing foosball in the front room. If we come back to the area, we’ll stay here again. 😊

We had a great time and it is a great place. We had a small issue with the outside lights and they immediatley fixed them the next day. Also allowed for us to have a later checkout. Very friendly responsive hosts. Excellent view to the lake.

The house is an older house, but nothing too concerning, mostly aesthetic. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, coffee and basic condiments. Just fyi, for those who care, the pots and pans are teflon, I choose not to use Teflon so this is why we bring our own pans for cooking. But I was pleased to see that there was a good selection stocked for our use, had we not brought our own. We have been to a couple Airbnb where they would only provide one tiny pan and pot, which is not sufficient if cooking for a family of 4 or more. The provision of extra towels was nice, and the house was nicely decorated which gave it a very cozy atmosphere. We arrived at night, so the roads were a bit dark. The cars parked out front of the house made me feel a bit uneasy about the area. But all was good, we did not experience any problems while there. I would definitely recommend this place.

This was an awesome stay! Looked even better than the pictures, plenty of room and super clean. Sunroom and grill was awesome. Thomas was very responsive and friendly to answer all our questions and accommodate requests. Great price too!!

This house has so much to offer for families.. The park is a short walk through the woods which we enjoyed disc golf, volleyball, walking around the lake and the Panthers training obstacle course. The hot tub was very big and the fire out was fun. I would highly recommend this house if you want lots of options for fun and leisure. They have indoor shuffle board, footsball and also an indoor playhouse for little ones…

This rental was very clean and we were impressed with the details that made it feel very homey! Fluffy, big towels, well equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings, including bed and pillows. Jim was very flexible in that he allowed us a slightly later checkout, which was much appreciated. Beware of the slanted ceilings but what a great design which made incredible use of this space with a private entry through the double garage. The perks available that you wouldn’t get with a regular hotel room made this the right choice for us: washer/dryer, living room and kitchen. A short walk brings you to a nice trailhead leading to a small park, which we enjoyed one morning. Overall, a fantastic stay, Thanks to our hosts!

Visiting nearby family for the holiday and David’s place was the perfect choice for our family. Spacious, clean and will accommodate whatever TV shows you might be binging or sports you just can’t miss. Wish the weather was nicer to test out the pool. It surely looked inviting. Close to the beltway and 77, grocery stores and restaurants when needed. Would definitely recommend and come back again. David was a very responsive host!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home 5 mins away from a million restaurants! The home was very spacious and welcoming. Everything exceeded our expectations with this 5 bedroom 3 bath home. It was definitely a stay that made us all not want to leave. The location was very peaceful and quiet and I would definitely recommend anyone to book this place. It was well worth it and if we happen to be vacationing near charlotte again I will definitely be looking up this listing.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Fort Mill. Antoinette was super responsive and communicative. Bedrooms are spacious with extra comfy bedding ( I just ordered the same comforter because I liked it so much!). Great kitchen, spacious downstairs. Had everything we needed. We have family in town so we would definately stay here again.

Stayed at Jodi’s for the long weekend and absolutely enjoyed the space. From the beautiful pottery (created by Jodi herself!) to the full kitchen, TV, separate bedroom space, and how incredibly *clean* everything was—this was, hands down, one of our favorite AirBnB stays. The neighborhood is peaceful and not too far from the city center by driving. I highly recommend staying here, we hope to again the next time we’re in Charlotte!

The location was great. We walked to Napa on Providence the first night of our stay - fabulous. Lovely walk in a beautiful neighborhood. Second day we went to the Mint Museum uptown which was minutes away by car. The unit itself was peaceful and neighbors were quiet. Televisions were easy to use and I can’t think of anything that was missing that we needed. Wonderful visit.
