Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in NoDa, Charlotte

Our trip was a family trip and the house was a perfect set up for us. We had plenty of room. The home was clean and the amenities were plentiful. The pictures were exactly how the house was advertised! I agree the street is busy but did not affect our stay! Best part - not too far from the Charlotte Farmers Market! Will definitely revisit this location! Excellent host!!!

I had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth and relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Felt right at home during our whole stay! Cute house in a lovely neighborhood with great gardens and nature trees. The blue Line is only a 15 minute walk from the house, very convenient. I would recommend Brian's place and would stay there again when visiting Charlotte.

Exactly as we expected! Great stay. Peaceful, quiet, great local restaurants near by. Hosts were accommodating and responsive.

We had a great time at Valerie’s! The screened in porch was an amazing place to relax with friends. She also had near everything that you need to make nice meals at home! The area was quiet and close to lots of great spots.

Very convenient to the Whitewater Center, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I especially appreciated that the house wasn’t cluttered so there wasn’t much for my toddler to mess with.

Incredible location (especially if you’re attending anything at BOA, or sporting event in the area). Such a nice place, we spent 4 days here and highly recommend. Bed was so comfy, too! And the washer and dryer were a huge plus.

A 5 star stay! Everything went so great, including arriving well after dark but the instructions were great and the motion lighting worked perfectly. The place is cute, clean and so comfortable. My wife especially raved about the linens, the towels and the washcloths - some of the fluffiest ever. Jodi is great, both with communication and setting up a unique space filled with her pottery. We only saw Jodi briefly, as we were very busy with family Easter activities. But she seems very friendly and helpful. We visit our grandkids in Charlotte often, and will definitely be back to stay with Jodi.

This is the cutest little Airbnb close enough to all the fun things you may want to do during your stay in Charlotte! We loved our time and hope to stay again!! Rene is a wonderful host too. Very responsive to messages sent, and easy to communicate with. She checks in often enough that you feel cared for, but not so often that it feels invasive — just the right balance. She makes the space homey & sets everything up so when you arrive and check in, it feels just like walking into a home away from home. It’s clean, spacious, and has everything you might need — even things for cooking all your meals from scratch!! We highly recommend this little spot.

Very nice place to stay. Clean and private. Only issue I had was using the blue tooth lock on the door, that's my fault for being so out of touch with technology. I contacted Brian and he immediately gave me an alternate way of entry.

Nicest host and cutest space, would’ve happily paid twice the price.

We were only there one night but it was just what we needed. Quiet and clean and very comfortable. Robbi was extremely nice and accommodating. She even had such nice touches for our dog from a bone to a bowls already set up with water. We will stay again when in town.

The apartment was as described. We needed somewhere we could stay and walk to a local music festival. This location was perfect for that. We parked when we got there and didn’t move the car until check out.

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

This is an incredible Airbnb. Right near downtown and yet leafy, peaceful. It’s the best condo in the building with views out 3 sides. The decor is really well done and not a single amenity or special touch is missing. Perfection is lots of little things done well! Will stay again.

Where do I even begin, first the communication between Sylena & I was amazing! Any questions I had were answered both professionally & promptly. I’ve been to multiple airbnbs before but never have i ever been to an airbnb that felt exactly like home, and never have I ever had such a wonderful interaction with a host the way I did with Sylena. She was sympathetic towards me and my family wanting a late check out, and allowed us to do so. She also made sure anything that we needed, we had. The location was convenient about 8 minutes from uptown and it was surrounded by many food places. I will definitely be booking with Sylena again, 1000/10 recommended. It would be selfish of me not to share how amazing my experience was.. however; it’s first come first serve lol so not everybody run at once, but RUN AND BOOK WITH WITH HER NOW!! :)

This Airbnb is exactly what you want for a great couples getaway!!! was spacious, they’re cute signs inside to make you feel welcome , as soon as you walk in you’re getting a wiff of cleanliness . I could tell this condo was actually cleaned ( sheetz and all ) The balcony has a great view of the city at Night and isn’t too far from the city at all. If you’re specific about if the ac/heat runs great , trust me it does !!!! Friendly community had no concerns about our safely . Overall loved this location highly recommend

What a great trip. I was in town for a convention and decided not to stay at the hotel. The place was in an amazing location, I walked to the days meetings, got coffee in my way. Plenty of food options, really no need for a car at all, I took an Uber only once. The hosts made it super easy to check in and even allowed me to check in much earlier than I originally expected due to a flight change. Highly recommend this stay and the hosts. -M
