Originally built by a craftsman who was a shipwright, the house is filled with meticulous craftsmanship, such as intricate wood carvings and transom decorations. There are 4 bedrooms, and the space can accommodate up to 9 people, making it perfect for families and group travel. The Japanese garden, which can be viewed from the veranda, is highly regarded by customers.You can enjoy the seasonal expressions, and it calms your heart with morning coffee and a night's rest. The location is also convenient, with the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art just a 5-minute walk away, and you can also walk to Kenrokuen, Kanazawa Castle, and Katamachi, Kanazawa's best downtown area, so you won't have any trouble with sightseeing, dining, or nightlife. However, this house is an old private house with a long history.Unlike a hotel with the latest facilities, it is a nostalgic and tasteful space.There are some squeaking noises and quirks in the fixtures, but I hope you will feel that this is one of the charms of this inn. The interior is designed to feel the Taisho period of Japan (1912-1926)!You can enjoy a room with antique lighting and furniture that matches the era. Outside the living room, there is a traditional garden that feels the four seasons, and the time to sit on the sofa and watch is exceptional!It is lit up at night and the sound of the water echoes quietly. There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and up to 5 people can stay! Use the low bed or futon when sleeping!Enjoy a truly Japanese lifestyle! The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, simple cookware, and dishes. As an amenity, we have shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels, toothpaste, and slippers.
