What an amazing house and a breathtaking view of Dungeness Estate. We absolutely loved it!

Great location . beach access. over the dunes. 2 nights stay . with family of 8 adults 4 children . ample space . Fantastic time and we were fortunate to have good weather for a bbq. sonia &Lee & family ..

We were very kindly received by the neighbor (Petra) who took a round with us through the house. The house is completely clean and tidy. The large garden was a gem for our dog. The first night we used the BBQ and ate outside. Inside it is very homely and you soon feel at home. A lot of walking with the dog in the neighborhood, the dike at the water emergency monument was our favorite place to walk. The beds slept well and the bathroom is small but nice. It is also wonderful that there is a bakery a 3-minute walk away. All in all, we would rent this house again in no time! Highly recommended.

Thank you for the weekend, everything was perfect. Anne was very helpful. The accommodation is the last of the 3 terraced houses, so it overlooks a garden and is away from the road, it is very peaceful and pleasant. We recommend it!

Excellent home for a weekend away, we loved it. Deanna was extremely helpful - loads of useful recommendations and clear instructions. House is spacious, beds v comfortable and the outdoor area at back was perfect for breakfast in the sunshine. Highly recommended!

Super nice and well-kept cottage. Good base for multiple outings. We stayed there during the Easter weekend and the kids enjoyed looking for eggs in the garden. Super cool and well-kept garden where the dog could explore. Very comfortable and practically furnished. Supermarket within walking distance with wide choice of bread so a bakery is not really necessary. Close to the coast, a few km from Nieuwpoort and Middelkerke. We visited astropolis and the west front. Dogs are not allowed there but I went for a walk while my husband went inside with the kids. Last day we went to the museum Bachte de Kupe, had been on my list for a few years and is super fun. There was a photo search for the children and our four-legged friend could enter with it. Repeatable.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this cozy house where everything you might need is present, and so much more! We were also received very hospitably, very nice to start our holiday ☺️ It's really recommended here! Everything is within walking distance and super convenient that you can leave the car in the driveway. We would love to come back here again!

The house is wonderful, it corresponds to the photos. It is necessary to understand that a house with history, the floor squeaks, the cabinets do not perfectly close somewhere, but these are all small things compared to its charm and coziness. The beds are very comfortable, the bedding is of good quality, the kitchen has an oven and microwave, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. This is convenient if you are traveling for a long time The terrace is beautiful,there is silence and a wonderful view. The pool is a separate plus, you have to walk to it, but in good weather it's not a problem We will be happy to come again if this happens. The village itself is quiet and beautiful, the beach is wide with a playground for children. Some positive experiences from your trip

Sunny stay, very pleasant for 3 nights in this quiet apartment a little set back from the city , tastefully decorated accommodation, very functional , good bedding , everything you need in the kitchen , the balcony which is a plus , forgetting the convenient elevator on arrival and departure for suitcases ... Only disappointment: the pool under maintenance for the duration of our stay ...

Such an amazing find, lovely and home feel stay, on a good site, with amazing places to see and eat out. The place it self was immaculate, very clean, fully stocked for the stuff you need. Would recommend to people and definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again. The space was clean, warm and very spacious up and downstairs. The design and decor was on another level. We couldn’t get over the beautiful chandelier. We were greeted with fruits and milk on arrival in the large kitchen. Ahead of our journey we were given clear directions to the property. Access was easy and there were clear instructions for the sauna, pool etc. We used the sauna daily. It’s was huge and looked brand new. We were be able to watch the kids swim in the pool from the sauna. The kids absolutely loved the pool and took every opportunity day and night to swim. It really was a bonus to have our own pool. 5 of us stayed for a week and there was enough space in the fridge and freezer for all of our food. I have already recommended the space to my friends.

We were welcomed and the listing is as described. It's just missing a photo, or you can see the pool in front of the owners' terrace. For the rest, the small living room of the accommodation is well separated, as well as the outdoor area with hot tub and dining table. The interior was clean and well-equipped. I recommend it. We had a lovely stay. As previously discussed, it was very quiet there on New Year's Eve, so our dogs were able to experience a relaxed New Year's Eve. The home has a beautiful bedroom with walk-in bathroom. Unfortunately, only a bathtub and no shower. But you get used to it for a few days. We felt very comfortable.

Lovely stay! Clean and tidy caravan with a homely feel. Angela was great at communicating and extremely helpful. Good location and a short drive from some great locations. We would love to return!

Dear Sylvia, Thank you very much for having us! We had a great stay! The house is super cozy and is really inviting to hang around and to spend time together. We used it as base to visit the surrounding citys Antwerpen, Brüssell and Gent and it was wonderful to come home to a cozy spacoius place with great cooking equipment. The only thing we wished we had known before is that the pool is more like a pond and if you dont mind sharing the space with some of the fish then this will be no problem. But other than that Sylvia and Peter were wonderful hosts and assisted us with any questions immediately. Thank you for your kind hospitality!

accommodation rented for a few nights. peaceful and green place. very cozy cottage. we spent a few very pleasant days for family holidays. everything was thought for a pleasant stay. isabelle even had the fence checked to make sure that one of our runaway dogs does not find an opportunity to escape. isabelle is extremely pleasant and available. I highly recommend.

This was a fantastic place to stay. It was in a great place to walk into Deal and enjoy the beach and the hot tub was a great addition. The annexe was so clean and modern and very well equipped and private. Would highly recommend Nicola's place in all aspects. Would love to return.
