One guest room measures 12 square meters (2nd floor). Bed (1.40 x 2.00 meters) + folding bed (0.80 x 1.90 meters). The second guest room is in the attic (1.80 x 2.00 meters) + 2 mattresses. Access via a folding staircase. In the converted basement there is a hobby room with table tennis table and dumbbells (5-22 kg), yoga equipment, etc.

This terraced house (approx. 100 square meters) is offered for rent when the owner is away or on vacation. We like it uncomplicated, which means almost everything stays as it is. The terraced house is ideally suited for 3-4 people. From here it is a stone's throw to the tourist strongholds of Travemünde, Niendorf and Timmendorf or to Lübeck. Due to the location on the Dummersdorfer Ufer Nature Reserve, you are in a fantastic environment away from the hustle and bustle.

The property is separated from Lake Plau by only a low-traffic side road. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. In front of the house is a beach with seasonal gastronomy. In a few minutes you can reach two restaurants, a kiosk, the marina with motorboat rental and the ferry terminal. A parking space for two vehicles is right by the house. Linens and towels are included in the price. The house was completely renovated in February 2019.

Naturbad Falkenwiese is just a stone's throw away.

Here you can stop off spontaneously, end the evening by the fireplace or in the beer garden.

We have newly renovated our house in November 2024 It is a spacious and quiet townhouse with four bedrooms on three levels with about 125 square meters. A terrace with garden and parking spaces are available. In the immediate vicinity are a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, bus stop.
