The house is located in the middle of Skåne and if you take the car on a day trip you can reach all corners of Skåne in about 1-1.5 hours. Here you can enjoy watching movies, listening to music, playing games or you are out in the garden or in the woods. Take the car and you have Åhus nice sandy beaches 1 h away. Welcome to this cosy country idyll where you are embraced by horse pastures. The calm, the silence, the beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury lies in the environment. Beautiful rural location just outside Röstånga. Functional and fresh. You have two levels of about 25 sqm built in the gable of a barn entirely to yourself. The bedroom is upstairs, the stairs do not have a handrail. The kitchen has two cooking plates, kitchen fan, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and fridge with freezer. No oven. Fully equipped with kitchen items. The sofa bed is on the ground floor and unfortunately is not so comfortable to sleep in. Note towels, sheets and cleaning included!

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

A super cozy timber cabin in the woods. This place is made for the adventurous or for a relaxing getaway. Just take our rowing boat for a swim at the lake, use our digital maps with paths only the locals know walking or biking, take a sauna or just cuddle upp in front of the huge soapstone stove.
