Welcome to our home! This space features a private entrance, its own garden patio and a newly renovated bathroom. We have decorated this fully furnished suite with thoughtful touches and provide a locals guide to dining and entertainment in the area. We are across the street from historic Charles Towne Landing, 5 miles from downtown Charleston, 8 miles from Magnolia Plantation, 12 miles from Folly Beach and 15 minutes from the airport. We are fully permitted by the city of Charleston.

The Garden Folly Guest House

Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!

Riverfront Park, home to many great events, festivals, and concerts, is within walking distance. Credit One Stadium is just a short drive away. The Park Circle neighborhood is very close to all that Charleston offers. Less than 15 minutes to Downtown and 20 minutes to the beaches make this a very desirable location. Welcome to Charleston!! My 1 bedroom suite just minutes from the airport, boeing, outlets, and boat landing. you’re just 15-20 mins from downtown and 45 minutes from amazing beaches. This cozy suite is located downstairs from our home. You'll have the private entrance to the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and patio. living room is equipped with roku tv, sofa and a daybed. My home is located right across the street from the Ashley river.
