Il Vigneto

'Il Vigneto' is a traditional stone house with terracotta tiles and exposed beams. A magnificent swimming pool over seven meters in length benefits from having full sun throughout the day. Adjacent to the pool is an extensive outdoor eating area along with a built-in BBQ. and Pizza oven. Inside, the house is spacious and immaculate with a modern, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, that also contains a sofa bed. There are two double bedrooms a bathroom with shower and a utility room room.

The curtains that elegantly close the outdoor terrace ensure privacy and confidentiality. Each bungalow has a small green area, perfect for children and their outdoor games, but also convenient for older people who want to relax in the shade of the pine forest. Conveniently located on the avenue leading to the beach, the bungalows are just a short walk to the beach.

Local tax (€2.60 per day/person) already included in the price! Skiing, hiking, cycling, relaxing... The two ski resorts Hochzillertal and ZillertalArena are each accessible by ski bus. The stops are a 5-minute walk from the bungalow (about 200 meters). The bungalow is located in the middle of the Zillertal, quietly located on the outskirts of Aschau. A living room and two bedrooms (1x with double bed and 1x with double bed and bunk bed (90*200 cm) can accommodate up to 6 people.

The small house is situated slightly outside and up from the village. Great view over the lake and mountains and catches the evening sun until late. The house is very very simple and very basic but has been refurnished with a small pool, private garden. It has two parking spaces. A local 24 hour supermarket is 3 minutes’ walk. Easy access by bus and train to Lugano, Milan and Como and lake ferry. It is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN ! or babies.
