House vacation rentals in Northeast Italy

Really wonderful. You had everything you needed, it was super clean and someone was available for questions or any other time.

Our family stayed at the villa for 5 nights. Marina and her husband met us at the villa after we had checked in and we sat down with them so they could share some useful recommendations of the local area, what there is to see, where to go etc. They are both very friendly and accommodating people. They had prepared a cot and high chair for our baby which was ideal. The villa is perfect and really does look like the photos! the outdoor space was excellent and allowed us to have all our meals outside on the terrace, looking over the pool. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. It was a perfect location for us as it was approx 20-30mins by car to get to the areas we wanted to visit. We followed their recommendation for wine tasting and it was a highlight of our trip. We hope to be back, as we were really sad to leave this place.

We liked the place very much and was as described. Elena and Marco were always very easy to reach and always tries to solve all concerns quickly. We would book the place again anytime. After every trip, it was a highlight when you came back, opened the gate and drove into the yard. Really recommended! In the village itself, there is not really anything to do, but from there you quickly go to very beautiful places.

Luiza was an incredible host. I was unable to meet her due to coming a day late from work. She met with my family and made a great impression. Her home was beautiful. Definitely recommend this air bnb. Would love to come out during the summer to utilize the pool. Also, she was extremely helpful and super responsive. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home! We can’t wait to come back!!

The extensive property suited our group very well. We were a family of 6 adults and 6 children. The lovely pool , pool side kitchen and large surrounding garden gave us all plenty of space to enjoy time together. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to buy bread and other essentials in the small shop (open 7.30 - 14.00) but a car is essential for trips to supermarkets, restaurants, places of interest. The owner kindly offered to order us local cheese and olive oil. It was excellent, but expensive. One can also buy very good vegetables and eggs from the neighbours. We had friendly, helpful service everywhere we visited. Pula, Fazana and Rovinj are certainly worth a visit. We were fascinated by the variety of insects. Many butterflies , beetles and small scorpions. Great if you’re a mini beast fan! Just remember the mosquito repellent. All in all we had a wonderful time!

the house was much more beautiful than we expected !! very nice and big kitchenette. The locaties near the brigde and the view on Borghetto is outstanding. the swimmingpool was perfect and the host very nice and helpfull. We were even invited for pizza with his friends. We had really a very nice stay !!

We had a lovely stay at Carlo and Elena's. The fenced garden and pool were a real plus. Not to mention all the little touches Carlo was able to have for us, and even a gift for our little puppy. The place is peaceful surrounded by mountains with beautiful views. We would recommend this house and its host because everything was perfect!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The owner was helpful.

We stayed in Urška's accommodation for a week with 12 people. She provided the entire accommodation (i.e. all four flats), although we would have had enough space in three of the flats. That was very positive because we had so much space. Urška's accommodation was very clean, well equipped and beautifully furnished. We felt very comfortable! At the time of our stay it was winter and we mainly went hiking in the surrounding area and also spent a day in Ljubljana. Everything was easy to reach by car, which can be parked directly at the accommodation without any problems. There are also several places to eat close to the accommodation, which are also within walking distance. The stay was great without any restrictions!

Available and helpful hosts, accommodation compliant with listings, a great base to discover the beauty of Tuscan: Siena, Pisa, Florence, Chianti, the coast, everything is accessible for 45-60 min drive.

Very nice property close to everything but far enough to have a quiet stay. Nice view, garden and pool. Monica made us dessert which was a plus.

We stayed a week for a family vacation. We had a great time House is beautiful with all the services it promises . The property remains close to places of interest but in a quiet area surrounded by greenery,also very well kept. Renata was an impeccable, friendly host.

We arrived with 6 adults and 2 children. The upper rooms have a lower ceiling height and can only be used slightly for adults. However, this was no problem for us. The house is tastefully decorated and has a small garden. The place was clean and the kitchen well-equipped. The layout of the rooms is a bit quirky, so the toilet is next to the living room and the shower next to the kitchen. However, this did not bother us. A grill is also available. The house is located near Bernina Pass. There is therefore a lot to do by car. Each of us got our money's worth. We were also allowed to meet the hostess in person, she was very nice and gave us great suggestions for excursions. We had a really nice and relaxing family vacation. Thank you!

Boba was an incredibly kind and accommodating host. She anticipated our every wish and was helpful in every situation. Everything was simply great. The location, the atmosphere, the sunsets and the sea! It was a wonderful, uncomplicated holiday. Thank you very much, dear Boba! ♥️

Staying from Tommaso to Numana was a really nice experience. The house is spacious and bright, with two wonderful outdoor spaces, one of which is particularly spacious, where we could enjoy breakfast in the morning and relaxing dinners in the evening. The property is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, which made our stay even more restorative. Tommaso was an exceptional host: welcoming and always ready to offer valuable advice on beaches and local amenities, which have enriched our vacation. We recommend this place for those looking for a break of serenity in a beautiful setting.

Marcello was very accommodating and friendly. The apartment was just like crazy. Very large and clean. Place is well located. Very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Bikes are at your disposal

We spontaneously came to Fazana and had a very nice time there. The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, is equipped with everything and more and the huge garden was a dream, especially with a dog. Hot tub and barbecue are at your disposal and all windows are equipped with screens. Zlatko is a wonderful host, he warmly welcomed us with drinks and cookies and was always easily accessible. We'd love to come back and highly recommend it:)
