We were thrilled with this property & our hosts were amazing. The house & location is even more beautiful in person than the pictures show. The views of lake Como are stunning! The distance from Bellagio is perfect -- just enough to be out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk. We enjoyed the outdoor patio, hot tub and pool. There is a separate area next to the pool with a canopy that allows you relax but be out of the sun. The property is manicured to the level of some of the famous gardens in the area with olive, lemon, and numerous flowering trees. Our hosts gave us local recommendations for restaurants and more. Most importantly, they were there for us in an emergency. Our Sixt rental car would not start the morning of our departure. With almost no extra time to make our international flight they were there to help. They called in a favor to get a car service driver out of bed and we made our flights. Without their help we would have been out of luck.

It was beyond all our expectations, we just fell in love with this place from the first minute we arrived. The villa turned out to be even much better than in the photo and description. Thank you so much to the owner's family and Davide (the nicest person EVER) who were so pleasant that they made our vacation unforgettable. We already missed you and look forward to our next meeting.

We had a wonderful stay in Lech. The house is modern, clean and the hosts are lovely. The daily cleaning is especially nice. They stocked the kitchen with groceries before we got there, which was much appreciated. The house layout is a bit quirky and takes some getting used to. One note, the walk to the nearest ski lift is 10 mins or a bit more. It is tough with your gear and especially for kids. We ended up ordering taxis for most days or doing shuttles with our car. Location to walk to town for dinner in normal shoes is great. It is a lovely walk just a bit long in ski boots. Thanks for a great stay. We’d definitely go back

We planned our vacation in Livigno in anticipation of a great skiing experience. Staying at Chalet Hedone stole the show. It was that great. The luxury, charm, design, amenities, and facilities were out of this world. It really was an experience on its own. Just perfect. If I am to visit Livigno again it would be to stay here. Jiri’s communication was always prompt. Even proactive with suggestions and making dinner reservations for us. He was also very accommodating in increasing the number of occupants. The caretakers on location, Pippo and Milly, took the experience to a new height. It is like having your 24h concierge arranging everything from fresh bread, fresh milk and hot breakfast to everyday groceries and delivery. Milly even gave us great slope tips. Not to mention all the activities and transportation needs they arrange with just a message.

We had an amazing time at Pescosta Chalet! Barbara, the host, was absolutely fantastic – super friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The chalet itself is cozy, clean, very luxurious and in a great location with awesome views. The spa with the sauna and pool is absolutely on another level! Barbara gave us great tips on local spots to check out, which made our stay even better. We felt right at home and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend staying here!

My family and I spent a week in Italy, and it was our first time in the country. We absolutely fell in love with the apartment. It has everything we needed, it was like our home away from home ! Everything was clean and looked like brand new. The terrace looked really nice even though it was winter and we didn’t really spent time outside. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful, it already had many amenities just like a hotel. To be completely honest I can’t see something negative out of this place. I would like to add that our host, Sofia, and Alec how was at the apartment for the check-in, both were very welcoming, kind and friendly during our stay. If we come back to Milan, we will for sure come back here !

The apartment is BREATHTAKING, absolutely gorgeous. The photos do not do it justice, it blew us away. The host was friendly and extremely responsive. The location is also amazing. It truly is right in the heart of the city. We walked (or ran) to the Duomo, the Accademia, the Uffizi, the bridges, not to mention some amazing restaurants and shopping.. For us it was absolutely perfect, for those looking for peace or relaxation, perhaps not. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom were beautifully appointed and the living area was extremely comfortable. We had more than enough space for our group of six. We had an fantastic stay and would come back again!

If I could give it more stars I would. Words nor photos do this amazing building and apartment any justice. It is a sight to truly enjoy and marvel at in person. 14+ foot ceilings, modern yet classic bathrooms and kitchen, beautiful linens/drapes/decor, one of a kind frescoes on every ceiling, and the list goes on. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet enough when need be, yet you are a stones throw from all the hot spots. Try La Buchetta (steakhouse across the street, Ditta Artigianale for excellent coffees, Gelateria Neri for first class gelato. Each will take less than 2 minutes walking! Cheers and thank you to Cecilia and the entire team. We will definitely return and we will definitely book our stay with Dimora Italia.
