Vacation rentals with a kayak in Northeast Italy

Gregor is a superb host who aims for his guests to have a relaxing and carefree stay. His welcome was warm and with open arms. The house is clean, modern and suits perfect for outdoor and bad weather activities. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are spacious and modern. There is even a small gym in the garage. Ask also for paragliding tandem flights or if you are a pilot for information about the valley or take off and landing spots. And of course ask also for goat hiking 😉 A great stay!

Silvia was so kind she came to pick us up at the port and answered all my questions the house was beautiful and the view even more.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

It's a charming little house. Very nicely located. A bakery is right next door. In 15 minutes, you can walk to Chioggia. Almost at the front door you can take "Raffaelo" to Venice by boat or bus directly there. Cristian provided us with the following free of charge: cola, coffee, pasta, oil, packaged croissants, cookies, 1x tomato sauce, wine, towels, toilet paper, towels and a few more small things. There are 2 TVs with Netflix and Prime. Unfortunately, the Internet is not that good, but that was also the only "negative." Cristian was always easily accessible. Unfortunately, my kids damaged something, but Cristian was neither angry nor did he want money. I hope he was as happy with us as we were with him. We felt very comfortable and thank you again for the parking and the possibility to check out only in the evening instead of in the morning. The location is really great there. You have your peace, but it is very central.

a wonderful place to stay, where you can find everything you need, the food at the bar in the village of Marina was very tasty and the atmosphere takes you to the story of Italy from decades ago. Will definitely recommend to friends

Very clean accommodation and ideally located on the wonderful island of Burano. We enjoyed being accommodated on the island and enjoying the quiet streets when we woke up before the many visitors arrived. Filippo, our host is a very available and pleasant person. He has always responded with great responsiveness to all our questions. We were greeted very late at the arrival of the ferry and accompanied in the accommodation. A table in a restaurant had been booked for us and was waiting for us despite the late arrival time. I really recommend this place and host who made our stay a great experience. Thanks to Filippo and her family.

Family trip with a 2 year old. Very clean and well arranged accommodation. Everything was new. We spent a lot of time indoors as no luck with the weather. Sandro and his girlfriend are charming and very helpful. Car is required to reach the different amenities (store, restaurant, etc.)

Christine's appartement is a wonderful place. it's practical and peaceful, with a decent kitchen, comfy beds, and 2 wonderful terraces where to relax...before you even go to the pool and the oven area! it's bright and airy too. the village of Bale is superb, easily accessible, and has enough stores and a great choice of restaurants. it's also close to a major road, making it a great base to explore. Christine and the caretaker Christian have been responsive and helpful. thanks again for having us!

Our stay at this charming lakeside house was nothing short of amazing! The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the serene Lugano Lake, and the availability of a boat and kayaks made every day an adventure. The pizza oven was a delightful highlight, perfect for cozy evenings. The house was spotless, and every amenity listed was thoughtfully provided. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and kept in constant communication, ensuring a seamless stay. Highly recommend this little gem!”

We stayed with Marco and Maria for the second time and were very happy to see both again. It was a very warm welcome and everything was a great fit - we felt immediately in vacation mode. Our dog Dante was also very well welcomed and felt right at home - he picked himself up from Maria Leckerchen in between:-). The apartment and grounds are perfect for a family with child and/or dog as everyone has their space and everyone is accepted - very familiar and warm. Surrounding there are some activities and Maria and Marco always have a tip ready, so you can get around very quickly. We will certainly come by more often - hopefully there will be something free for both of us on our next trip!

Super cozy place, Mattia is super responsive and friendly. Had a terrific time! Watch out for rain and wind as the house is accessible onmy by boat and the lake is not small

We had a fantastic stay at Daniele's place in Pavullo nel Frignano. From the moment we arrived, Daniele made us feel welcome and at home. The warm welcome also included local delicacies, a few products in the fridge and a bottle of delicious Lambrusco. The house was perfect: clean, well maintained and equipped with all the comforts we needed. The garden was beautiful and offered a lovely place to relax. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the places of interest in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend Daniele's home to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The stay at the villa was amazing, there was space for the kids, a pleasant home, great service!

Location was fantastic - right on the waters edge! Beautiful little pizzeria if you walk through to the left of the site. Free use of kayaks was great - little paddle across the water to that bar was a great afternoon activity. Would recommend.
