Vacation rentals with beach access in Notre-Dame-de-Monts

The stay in Prefailles was very nice. The place is in a great location facing the ocean. A short drive to Pornic and Pointe St Gildas. Anne-Charlotte took care of our well being. We didn't miss a thing.

The apartment is conveniently located a stone's throw away from the beach, very functional, equipped with very useful board games in bad weather. There's also a great playlist available. Laurent is very responsive and friendly, we will definitely come back!

Very clean accommodation with beautiful sea view. 15 minutes walk from the famous embankment clock. A small 24/7 Express Carrefour, boulangerie, pressse ...etc a 5-minute walk away. Everything was perfect!

I highly recommend trusting Nathalie, the place is better in real life than in photo and superbly furnished. It's quiet and simple, everything you need to recharge your batteries. Access to the beach may not be fast and there is everything accessible nearby! 10/10

We had a great time at this apartment. The place is very clean, well-equipped and perfectly located with a magnificent view. The welcome was warm and the owner very responsive and attentive to our needs. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was functional, and the overall atmosphere was very nice. We spent three wonderful days in Jacques and Line's apartment, with a splendid view of the sea. The accommodation is comfortable, very well equipped and perfectly located for relaxing. Everything was perfect! We were warmly welcomed by Marie-Claude. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, quiet (rooms on the courtyard) and very well located! There is nothing missing from the apartment. The garage is a real plus given the central location. We will come back without hesitation during our future visit to Les Sables:)

We had a great time at Sandra's place. It was as described (even better!). The accommodation is spacious and above all very clean. Simple and efficient, we highly recommend it. Our 2 children (2 and 4) also loved their holidays. The large secure garden is great. 👍 Beach 300m away... enough to be completely exotic!

We had a great time at Delphine and Tony's place. A real little piece of paradise close to the beach, with the children's park right next door, our daughter loved it. Functional accommodation, everything children need also ( games, beach toys) really pleasant and quiet. Really 2 exceptional days, thank you for the little attention upon arrival. We'll be happy to go back 😊

A home in a great location, which allows you to leave the car to enjoy the surroundings on foot and by bike. Caroline is very attentive, the garden is very nice, the house matches the photos and description: nothing to complain about, it was a very nice stay!

The house is really very well located, well appointed and pleasant. Look out for a lot of stairs if you have children.

We had a lovely week at Steeve's house. The property is clean, perfectly furnished, in a very quiet area and close to the sea. Walking tours are top notch. We were with my wife and two daughters. Recommended👍🏼 Ps: a big thank you to Sylvie for her kindness

Carole’s house is a real gem. The location and view are mind blowing. The house is tastefully decorated, spacious, super comfortable and there is pretty much everything you might need on your holiday: from the fully equipped kitchen to the beach toys and games for the children. Carole is a great host and very responsive. We fully recommend and hope to be back soon.

great we spent at Audrey's! the apartment is similar to the listing and so well located in front of the sea.. Audrey's mom welcomed us very well and was very available! I would recommend it without hesitating!

we had a great weekend, the apartment is extremely well located with beautiful sea views. 2 steps from the beach and shops. everything was perfect from the reception to the handover of the checkout keys.

Fabulous location. The view from the balcony was outstanding.

Nicely equipped and spacious apartment. You didn't notice that it was below the street level. Unfortunately, there was a lot of road work so the otherwise good view was completely gone. The reception was personal and cordial. In short: Everything was fine.

We had a great time, the apartment is very well located, the 5th floor allows a very nice view and to be close to the restaurants below the building but without the inconvenience of noise. The place is quite comfortable for two adults and two kids, everything is thoughtfully thought out.

For the next guests especially do not hesitate, everything is perfect the kindness of our host its availability and everything she makes available in her accommodation which is superb with a breathtaking view of the ocean.

We had a great time in St Jean de Monts. Emilie and Yorick's accommodation is nice, functional and comfortably quiet with very easy beach access. It is also well located and makes it easy to visit the Vendée.
