A fully equipped kitchen, a living area with 55-inch UHD smart TV and two separate bedrooms are also part of the apartment on the first floor. Two parking spaces and Internet are included.

In our cozy Tiny House you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is located in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 min walk you reach our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and biking trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 min since you by car in the Franconian Lake District. Within walking distance you can also find restaurants and supermarkets in the town centre.

Lovingly furnished & very charming apartment (4 rooms with balcony, 125 sqm) in Boho style with many details in a listed villa à la Pippi Longstocking. Very central in the old town center, yet quiet. 10 min. to Playmobil, 5 min. from bus & train station with connection to U-Bahn Fürth & Nuremberg (50 min. The basement apartment with separate entrance is part of a spacious detached house on 2,000 square meters of park-like grounds. The hall with food block, bedroom, shower with sauna, separate toilet and a small terrace form the modern accommodation. Winkelhaid is 3 km east of Nuremberg's city limits and 6 km west of historic Altdorf b. Nuremberg. Exhibition grounds: Nuremberg Exhibition Center is 20 relaxed minutes by car and also easily accessible by public transport.

This large studio impresses with its exposed roof structure, which creates a very cozy atmosphere. There is permanent ventilation in the wooden house. In the bedroom, a large waterbed (2 m x 2.20 m) ensures good sleep. The property has been lovingly individually furnished. The kitchen is small but superbly equipped. Barbecue and sun in the garden. Charging station for electric cars (€ 0.40/kWh) available, 2 Cube eBikes and Thule Cab2 can be rented, outdoor sauna new!

Just be! The idyllic village of Vorra gives the impression that time has stood still. Adjacent to the nature reserve is our romantic chalet, which invites you to spend relaxing days together as a couple. With magnificent views, you can look over the Pegnitztal and relax. Relax in the hot tub with waterfall, enjoy the warmth of the Swiss pine infrared chairs or simply feel comfortable on the covered terrace and listen to the rippling of the spring.

Being together

We are a residential project and live with horses, chickens, cats and dogs in the countryside. We rent one of our houses, an older but newly renovated outbuilding. It is located on the outskirts of the village in the middle of the countryside. The apartment is on the ground floor of the building and is suitable for up to 3 people. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom with a shower.
