The Forstgut Tanzenhaid in Middle Franconia is a private property. In the middle of the beautiful forest and pond landscape of Tanzenhaid lies the manor house built in 1725. This was completely renovated in 2023 and furnished according to the latest standards as a vacation home with a lot of style and attention to detail. It can be reached via private forest paths and offers our guests peace and quiet and the experience of idyllic nature with forest, water and meadows.

Through a separate entrance you enter a lovingly and modernly furnished studio and enjoy your stay within the 500-year-old walls in the historic heart of the old town like Albrecht Dürer once did. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars, sights, museums and shopping of all kinds, you will find peace and quiet in your apartment right on the river.

Centrally located place. You are in Nuremberg/Fürth/Erlangen in no time. The U-Bahn [subway] is 200 m away. The apartment is fully furnished and has 2 bedrooms. You can watch TV in the living room (projector) and bedroom (TV). Wi-Fi is available 🙂 Since I live in the apartment myself, private items are available in the rooms (cabinets, drawers, walls, etc.). I'll provide a few drawers/compartments + half of the fridge - I hope you understand 🤞🏽☺️

Laufer market square with its shops, cafes and restaurants can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes.

It is completely available to guests and offers with two separate bedrooms very generous space for 4 people. The market square of Ebermannstadt and the adjacent Gastromomie are a 10-minute walk away

Apartment (no smoking, no drinking)

There is hardly any parking space in this central location. A 2-minute walk to the subway and a 5-minute walk to the City center. Only suitable for non-smokers and non-drinkers. There are cats in the rest of the apartment. The room is in an apartment that the hostess lives in and has a separate entrance.
